All 3 share one detail that never made it into any caption: their file names. Saved straight from an export dialog, they read chatgpt-image-1.-okt.-2025-09_53_57.jpg, chatgpt-image-1.-okt.-2025-10_02_07.jpg and chatgpt-image-1.-okt.-2025-09_09_09-1.jpg. Opening one confirms what the name already says: a generated image, not a photograph, its garden, fountain and cladding not quite matching the real building the terrace actually sits on. The venue's own separate rooms page tells a different story with different files: dachgarten-von-oben.jpg, an aerial shot carrying real camera metadata, dachgarten-gartenstube-49.jpg and dozens more like it, one of them tagged to a Sony ILCE-7M4 body and edited in Lightroom Classic. The real photography exists on this site. It just is not what the page written to sell a wedding actually shows a couple planning one.

A garden built on a roof, not a figure of speech

Dachgarten is not a park with a view; the name is literal. It is a landscaped terrace built on the flat roof of a commercial building on the edge of Lütisburg, in the Toggenburg valley of canton St. Gallen, eastern Switzerland. The operator is Euphoris Immobilien AG, a property company whose own vision statement traces the business to "Gartenbau," landscaping, which explains the horticultural instinct behind the space more than any hospitality background would. 2 people run it day to day by the site's own team page: Florian Looser, credited with strategy, consulting and sales, and Werner Looser, listed simply as "Gastgeber," host. The same page's 5-year vision states the ambition outright, to become an "ikonischer Treffpunkt," an iconic meeting point, for the area, phrasing that reads less like an established venue's pitch than a new one's.

2 addresses, and only one of them is the venue

The site prints 2 different Toggenburg addresses, and they answer 2 different questions. Every contact block on the wedding page, the rooms page and the booking form gives the same one: Lerchenfeld 9, 9601 Lütisburg Station. That is the terrace itself, the place the "über den Dächern von Lütisburg," over the rooftops of Lütisburg, line on the site's own about page is describing. The Impressum gives a second address: Küfersberg 21, 9606 Bütschwil, the registered seat of both Euphoris Immobilien AG and the separate Euphoris Digital GmbH the same page names as running the website, and also the town the terms of service name as the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute. A couple booking the terrace is contracting with a company legally domiciled a few kilometres away in Bütschwil for a wedding that physically happens in Lütisburg Station, a distinction the site never states in one sentence but that its own footer makes checkable.

The wet-weather answer, stated once

For the question this listing was assigned, what happens to a rooftop wedding when the sky turns, the rooms page gives a direct answer rather than silence. Its own line for the Dachgarten space reads: "Offen für Sommerfeste, Hochzeiten, Afterworks oder Kulturformate, mit Option in Gartenstube bei Wetterumschwung." Open for summer parties, weddings, afterworks or cultural formats, with the option of the Gartenstube in case of a change in weather. That is the entire fallback plan as the operator states it: one named indoor room, not a marquee, not a partial awning, not silence. The terrace itself seats 30 to 40 for a meal and holds up to 50 people standing, figures repeated on both the wedding page's own inquiry form and the general contact form. The Gartenstube, on the ground floor of the same building, is rated for 40 to 50 people on the rooms page and rounded to "bis 50," up to 50, on the contact form's own dropdown list. The 2 figures do not contradict each other; whichever count is exact, the indoor room is sized to absorb the whole party rather than a trimmed version of it, which is the detail that actually matters if a forecast turns 2 days out from the date.

The real photograph of that room shows what the fallback looks like in practice: long reclaimed-wood tables, mismatched bentwood chairs, a foosball table against one wall, a fitted kitchenette with 2 built-in microwaves and a bean-to-cup coffee machine along the other, bare concrete pillars holding up the ceiling. It reads as a repurposed staff cafeteria inside the building under the roof garden, which, given that Euphoris Immobilien AG is a property company with tenants in the same structure, it plausibly is. Nothing about the room is styled for a wedding reception the way the terrace's own marketing language promises, and the site does not claim otherwise: the Gartenstube photos on the rooms page are never used to sell the room as romantic, only as available.

A third room the wedding page never mentions

The wedding page's own copy covers the ceremony, the photography, the apéro and the dinner on the terrace, and names the Gartenstube nowhere at all; a couple reading only the page written to sell them the day would never learn the fallback exists. It surfaces only on the separate rooms page and inside the booking form's own dropdown, which lists 3 spaces on equal footing: Gartenstube, up to 50; Gartenzimmer, up to 12; Dachgarten, up to 50. The Gartenzimmer is smaller again, a glass-walled meeting room with a conference table and a screen, sized for a planning session rather than the wedding itself, and notable mainly because the rooms page says it has "direkter Zugang zum Dachgarten," direct access to the terrace. A pool sits beside the terrace too, but it is an add-on rather than something included: the rooms page's own line calls it something that "kann optional gebucht werden," can be booked as an option.

No published price, and a generic ticket contract behind it

Nowhere on the site does a CHF figure attach to a wedding. The only route to a number is the "Preisliste erhalten" form, which promises the current price list by email once a couple submits their contact details, a lead-gated document rather than a page anyone can read first. Behind that sits the site's own terms, dated March 2026, and their opening line says plainly what kind of contract this is: rules governing "dem Erwerb von Eventtickets und/oder Eventleistungen über den Online-Shop," the purchase of event tickets and event services through the online shop. It is the same template that would govern a workshop seat or an afterwork ticket: a 14-day invoice window, 5 percent annual default interest on late payment, and a force-majeure clause covering cancellation for reasons like natural events, epidemics or strikes, none of it written with a wedding specifically in mind. That fits everything else on the site: a multi-purpose roof with weddings as one line among workshops, product launches, birthdays and photo shoots on the very same booking form, not a dedicated wedding venue that built its contract around one kind of day.

What survives once the renders are set aside

Strip away the 3 generated images and what is left checks out. There is a real, photographed rooftop terrace on a working building in Lütisburg Station; a named and photographed indoor room sized to match the terrace's own outdoor capacity; and a small glass meeting room opening directly onto both. The wet-weather question has a real answer, on the record, in the operator's own words, not an absence a couple has to phone in to resolve. What the site does not have is a wedding price to plan a budget against before asking, or, on the one page built to sell the day itself, a single real photograph of the room a couple would actually stand in.
