Geistreich by Patrizia Nicosia

Geistreich is a design atelier in Basel run by Patrizia Nicosia, who works as a calligrapher and pairs her hand-lettering with hand-drawn illustrations. A suite combines handmade papers, drawn motifs, cast wax seals, ribbons and prints, so the pieces read as one designed whole rather than a mix of fonts and stock art.

The studio offers made-to-measure wedding stationery and day-of paper, and it also makes hand-painted gifts. Beyond weddings, Patrizia takes on calligraphy for brands, on-site events and business stationery, and she teaches workshops in calligraphy, flatlay styling and other creative subjects.
