Danny's Mobile Bar

Daniel Kirner, who goes by Danny, runs this mobile cocktail service from Ramsen with help from his team, Leroy and Nadia. He brings a portable bar to the venue, indoors or out, and can take on larger gatherings with the wider team. The focus is on cocktails beyond the usual standards, made with his own syrups and quality ingredients, and there are alcohol-free mocktails on the list too. Guests put together a menu of six drinks for the day, and Danny is happy to mix something specific on request.

The package is full service: an elegant bar, crystal glasses, ice, the house-made ingredients, and a bartender in a bow tie, white shirt, braces and apron. A white professional pavilion and bar music from an old suitcase gramophone and a Sonos speaker can be added if you want them. Alongside weddings and parties, Danny offers gin tastings and a mixology workshop for guests who'd like to get behind the bar. He's a member of the Wedding Network Switzerland and the Swiss Barkeeper Union.
