Fahrbar

Fahrbar is a mobile bar built into a converted horse wagon, run by a young team based in Volketswil. The wagon is fully fitted and on wheels, so they can arrive at the venue and start pouring quickly. Booking covers more than the drinks: the bar service and matching bar decoration come as part of the deal.

The drinks run from freshly made cocktails such as Mojito and Aperol Spritz to wine, prosecco and champagne, beer and shandy, plus soft drinks and coffee. They can also set up as a gin bar, with a range of gins, tonics and garnishes for guests to mix and match. Their home patch is the Zürcher Oberland, taking in Winterthur, Uster, Wetzikon, Dübendorf, Wallisellen and nearby towns, and they'll drive the wagon to other parts of Switzerland when a booking calls for it.
