Zünd-Bar

Zünd-Bar offers cocktail catering for weddings, company events and private parties, and can bring either a mobile trailer bar or an indoor bar for venues that can't take the trailer. Guests pick up to five cocktails or long drinks, mixed fresh on the night, and the service folds in the bar, glasses, juices and spirits, ice and crushed ice, garnishes, menus, napkins, straws and setup and takedown. The team is led by Monika, with bartenders including Bisera, Jen, Ivan and Robin.

Their cocktails lean toward the inventive, with garnishes like chocolate and pear, candy floss, basil, coconut and raspberry, or cinnamon and lemongrass. On wedding sites the trailer doubles as a backdrop for a photo wall. Zünd-Bar also runs cocktail courses that cover bar technique and the difference between building, shaking and stirring a drink, and has handled destination weddings as well as events closer to home.
