Huber Event

Huber Event has rented out tents since 1985 and runs from a base in Grosswangen, in the Lucerne area, with a second location in Zurich. The stock covers gable tents, pagodas, folding tents, round tents and storage tents, plus special constructions when a standard size will not do, and the company prepares 2D and 3D plans so couples can see the layout before the day.

The fit-out comes from the same supplier. There are several floor options, including a wooden floor, an event grip floor and carpet, along with fabric lining, side panels, partitions, doors and entrance canopies. Furniture runs from tables, chairs and benches to lounge seating and chair covers, and lighting includes sphere lamps and blackout for presentations. Transport, setup and takedown are part of the service, and longer-term rentals are possible.

The company works across central Switzerland from its two depots near Lucerne and in Zurich.
