A florist and plant shop in the center of Neuchâtel

EveryVert is a flower and plant shop at Rue du Coq d'Inde 3, 2000 Neuchâtel, which introduces itself on its homepage as "Votre fleuriste et botaniste à Neuchâtel" (your florist and botanist in Neuchâtel). It sells cut flowers, made-to-order compositions and indoor and outdoor plants, runs an online shop, and has a page of its own for wedding flowers. The about page places the shop "au cœur de Neuchâtel", in the heart of the town.

The shop describes itself as more than a flower shop: "un atelier végétal où les plantes, les fleurs et la nature prennent vie sous toutes leurs formes" (a plant workshop where plants, flowers and nature come to life in all their forms). In practice that means a mix of florist's work and a plant business, with plant care products, pots and gift items in the e-shop alongside the bouquets.

What the wedding page offers

The wedding page is short. It opens with a general line about flowers bringing poetry, emotion and harmony to the day, then says what the shop makes: "des bouquets de mariée, couronnes, boutonnières et décorations florales sur-mesure, en accord avec votre style et votre thème". In English, that is bridal bouquets, floral crowns, boutonnieres and made-to-measure floral decorations matched to the couple's style and theme.

The page gives a sense of range, "Du bouquet romantique aux compositions naturelles et bohèmes" (from the romantic bouquet to natural and bohemian compositions), and says the team puts its know-how at the couple's service. Under the heading "Passez commande facilement!" (order easily) it invites couples to get in touch for a made-to-measure bouquet, a special composition or personal advice, and ends with two buttons: order online, or contact the shop. It adds "Récupération en magasin ou livraison locale disponible", meaning collection from the shop or local delivery.

The site does not list wedding packages, does not say whether the team decorates ceremony or reception venues on site, and publishes no wedding prices. For a sense of the shop's everyday price level, the e-shop lists ready-made bouquets from CHF 36 and a pinned floral composition from CHF 40, with bouquet sizes offered at set prices up to CHF 100. Those are retail items; a wedding order is quoted separately.

Delivery zones and pickup

The e-shop banner states the delivery area plainly: "Zones desservies: Neuchâtel, littoral Est et Ouest, Val-de-Ruz", that is, the town, the lakeshore communes east and west of it, and the Val-de-Ruz. It adds that shipping applies from a minimum purchase of CHF 25. Delivery and pickup are not available on Sundays or Mondays, and the site links to a separate shipping-fees page for the charges.

The site also carries a holiday notice: closed from 21 to 26 September, with no deliveries or shipping that week. A couple marrying in late September should check the current year's closure dates early.

For a wedding outside those zones, the site says nothing about longer trips or delivery to mountain or out-of-canton venues, so that is a question to ask.

Hours, contact and how to order

The shop is open Tuesday to Friday from 10h30 to 18h30 without a break, and on Saturday from 9h00 to 17h00, also without a break. It is closed on Sunday and Monday. The phone number on the site is 032.545.22.45, and there is a contact form and a "Une question?" link in the site's menu. The shop is on Instagram, TikTok and Twitter as @everyVert.

For a couple planning from abroad, the online shop is a practical detail: it has customer accounts, order tracking and a returns and refunds page, so small orders such as a bouquet for a registry-office appointment can be placed online. A full wedding order goes through the contact form or a call.

How the shop works

The about page sets out a few commitments. Flowers are selected every day for quality and freshness ("Nos fleurs sont sélectionnées chaque jour pour leur qualité et leur fraîcheur optimale"). Every composition is made by hand ("Toutes nos compositions sont réalisées à la main, avec passion et minutie"). Deliveries are handled with care so that bouquets and plants arrive in good condition.

The shop also writes about its environmental approach. It buys flowers and plants mainly at the Bourse aux fleurs Ouest, which it describes as a wholesale cooperative for the green trade in Kerzers, favors recycled and biodegradable packaging, recycles its green waste, and gives second-quality flowers and plants a second life through the Too Good To Go program.

Beyond weddings, the shop makes funeral flowers, runs floral workshops for adults, children and companies (the about page says dates are to come), sells corporate subscriptions for gifts to staff and clients, and publishes a blog, "Le Journal Végétal". A press section on the about page links to articles about the shop.

The homepage carries three customer reviews. One says the florist gives good advice and "s'adapte à votre budget" (adapts to your budget), which is worth knowing for a couple with a fixed flower budget.

What the site leaves open

The site is published in French only and does not say whether the team works in English or German. It does not publish:

  • prices for bridal bouquets, crowns, boutonnieres or wedding decoration;
  • how far ahead to order wedding flowers;
  • whether the shop sets up at a venue or only delivers and hands over;
  • any deposit or payment terms for a wedding order;
  • when the shop was founded (the about page says only "depuis sa création").

A couple writing from abroad should give the date, the venue's commune and a list of the pieces they need, and ask whether the conversation can be held in English.

Who it suits

EveryVert suits a couple marrying in Neuchâtel, along the lakeshore or in the Val-de-Ruz who want a town-center shop with a natural, bohemian range as well as classic romantic bouquets, and who like the idea of a florist that buys through a regional cooperative and cuts waste. The online shop and published delivery zones make small, practical orders easy.

It suits less well a couple who need a full decoration service with on-site installation spelled out in advance, or a venue outside the delivery zones. Neither is excluded by the site, but both need a direct conversation before booking.
