Eniline is a made-to-measure tailor at Junkerngasse 58 in Bern's old town. The work covers wedding suits along with business and casual pieces, shirts and polos, trousers, jackets and coats, and even shoes, all cut to the client's measurements. A consultant talks through your preferences and the occasion, takes the measurements and stays with you to the finished garment.
You can walk in any time, but for a wedding suit they ask you to book ahead, and they suggest starting about three months before the day so there's room to do it properly. There's also a small bar on the premises serving coffee, regional beer and spirits. Service is in German.
