Swiss Limousine Service is an independent, family-run chauffeur company in Geneva, founded in 2008 and run from a single dispatch base at Rue Ferrier 17. It drives a Mercedes-Benz fleet from sedans to a 16-seat Sprinter, publishes its hourly rates and airport fares on the home page, and works in English and French as standard. Weddings appear as a specific service: the site markets Indian destination wedding transportation, with multi-day logistics across several venues. For an international couple bringing guests into Geneva Airport and moving them between hotels, ceremony and reception, it lets you plan most of the costs before writing a single email.

The fleet

The home page shows each vehicle with its seats and bag space:

The "why choose us" section adds phone chargers. For a wedding, the Maybach or S-Class covers the couple, the V-Class carries a family with luggage, and the Sprinter moves a group of guests.

Prices the site publishes

The site states that private chauffeur service in Geneva starts at CHF 100 per hour in an E-Class, CHF 120 per hour in a V-Class and CHF 140 per hour in an S-Class, and that the Sprinter is from CHF 280 per hour on request. Every rate, it says, is all-inclusive: licensed chauffeur, fuel, motorway tolls, the Swiss vignette, waiting time and bottled water, with no night surcharges, no weekend premiums, no airport fees and no surge pricing. Pricing is per vehicle, not per person.

The site is not fully consistent on minimums and waiting time. The pricing answer says bookings start from a five-hour minimum and include 60 minutes of waiting, while the hourly chauffeur tile says "From 3 hours" and the airport transfer tile says 90 minutes of waiting are included. For a wedding day booked by the hour, confirm the minimum and the waiting allowance in the written quote.

Fixed fares from Geneva Airport are listed for ski resorts: from CHF 650 to Verbier and Gstaad, CHF 705 to Courchevel, CHF 900 to Zermatt (drop-off at Täsch with a 12-minute shuttle train), CHF 440 to Chamonix and CHF 415 to Megève, all in an E-Class for 1 to 3 passengers. The V-Class adds CHF 25 to 135 per route for groups of up to seven. The home page also gives rough journey times, such as about 1h 50 to Verbier and about 2h 45 to Zermatt. For a mountain wedding, those are directly usable figures for guest transfers.

The wedding service

The wedding offer sits in a "Specialised services" block headed "Indian destination wedding transportation". It names Bürgenstock, Beau-Rivage, Park Hyatt and chalets in Verbier and Gstaad, and describes "Multi-day, multi-venue logistics with Sprinter VIP shuttles & dedicated coordinator." A separate block aimed at Indian families mentions a V-Class XL for multi-generational travel, a WhatsApp concierge, multilingual chauffeurs and "Indian wedding logistics specialists since 2008". Both link to longer guides that are not reproduced on the home page. The service is clearly built around large, multi-day weddings, but any couple can ask for the same shuttle and coordinator setup.

Two other offers on the page suit wedding guests with a spare day. A private Lavaux wine tour through the UNESCO terraces between Lausanne and Montreux, with Chasselas tastings in villages such as Saint-Saphorin, Lutry and Rivaz, runs as a half-day or full-day chauffeur tour from CHF 500. And for guests traveling on, a door-to-door Geneva to Paris transfer is listed from CHF 1,765, with the same chauffeur for the whole journey.

Languages, booking and payment

The FAQ says all chauffeurs are fluent in French and English, and that Arabic, German, Italian or Spanish-speaking chauffeurs can be assigned on request, subject to availability. The site itself is in English with a French version.

The header promises a reply within 30 minutes, seven days a week. The company says it operates around the clock, including public holidays, and recommends booking airport transfers 24 hours ahead. The home page advertises free cancellation up to 48h and a fixed quote before confirmation. Accepted payments include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash in CHF, EUR or USD, and hotel groups and travel agencies can get custom terms.

The company describes itself as the official transfer partner of several five-star hotels in Geneva (Beau-Rivage, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Hôtel d'Angleterre). It also shows a Google rating of 4.8/5 across 23 verified reviews, and quotes three client reviews on the page, none of them about a wedding.

What the site does not settle

The home page does not describe decorations for the wedding car, and flowers or ribbons on a Maybach are something to ask about. It gives no price for the wedding coordinator or for multi-day wedding packages; ask for them in a written quote. The inconsistent minimum hours and waiting times noted above need to be pinned down. And while the site lists long-distance routes across Switzerland, France and northern Italy, a wedding at a remote valley venue should be checked for access with the Sprinter.

Who it suits

Swiss Limousine Service suits an international couple, especially one planning a large or multi-day wedding around Geneva or in the Alpine resorts the site serves, who want one company to handle airport arrivals, guest shuttles and the couple's own car at published rates. English and French are standard, other languages can be requested, and the flight tracking and meet-and-greet suit guests flying in from many places.

It suits less well a couple looking for a vintage or decorated wedding car, or a small wedding needing only a single short transfer, where an hourly minimum makes the price less attractive.
