Die Bühne

Die Bühne is a wedding venue at Hauptstrasse 89 in Einigen, run by the Studer family through Die Bühne Event GmbH. Its homepage headline is "Romantische Traumhochzeit im rustikalen Ambiente" (a romantic dream wedding in a rustic setting), and it sells not just the room but the whole wedding: planning, food, flowers, decoration and, if wanted, a celebrant-led ceremony, all from one team led by Sandra.
The offer in one place
The homepage pitch is simple. Couples are told to take a break and let the team do the work: "Gönne dir eine Pause und mache dir unser Fachwissen und unsere Kompetenz aus über 20 Jahren Erfahrung zu Nutze" (take a break and make use of our know-how and competence from more than 20 years of experience). On request, the team plans, organizes and designs the wedding in its event venue, which it calls extraordinary, professionally and without fuss. The same page talks of an "All-inclusive-Service" that organizes the wedding down to the smallest detail, and of "Rundum-Sorglos-Angebote" (worry-free packages).
The site's menu lists the pieces separately:
- Organisation von A-Z: full planning and coordination.
- Unser Basispaket: the base package.
- Kulinarik: food and drink.
- Blumen & Deko am Tag: flowers and decoration for the day.
- Floristik & Deko am Abend: flowers and decoration for the evening.
- Freie Trauungen: celebrant-led ceremonies.
- Andere Feste & Anlässe: other parties and events.
The contents and prices of each package sit on those separate pages, not on the homepage. Reviews from couples make clear that the pieces can be mixed: one couple praised the choice of "was man selbst macht bzw. was man dazubuchen möchte" (what you do yourself and what you add on).
The venue
The homepage says little about the building itself beyond the rustic style, but it offers a 3D virtual tour (3D-Rundgang) and a photo gallery. For a couple planning from abroad, the virtual tour is the most useful feature on the site, since it lets them walk through the space before traveling to Einigen. One couple's review describes the room layout, the stylish furnishings, the decoration and the lighting as creating an inviting, romantic atmosphere, and calls the venue functional and flexible. Another couple held the ceremony, the wedding dinner and the whole evening at Die Bühne, which shows that a full wedding day can happen under one roof.
Ceremonies
The ceremony section asks whether a couple dreams of a freie Trauung, a celebrant-led ceremony, at Die Bühne, outdoors in nature, or at another beautiful place. The site does not offer a civil ceremony, so the legal marriage is arranged separately with the registry office. One review names Sandra as the Traurednerin (the celebrant) at the couple's wedding and describes the ceremony as deeply moving but relaxed and funny.
Food and flowers
The reviews carry most of the detail on catering. One couple booked the "Mr. & Mrs. Essen" and describe it as very good in quality, rich and generous, praised by all their guests. Others mention the apéro and dinner, and one refers to the catering team's attention to detail. Several reviews single out Sandra's eye for decoration and flowers, and one couple liked that the decoration could be reused afterwards.
The house is flexible about personal touches. One couple were allowed to bring their own home-brewed wedding beer and their homemade name cards (cakes in jars for every guest), and they say there were no strange rules.
How the planning works in practice
The reviews describe the planning more concretely than the marketing does. One couple say Sandra advised them on decoration, food and the timeline while still letting them choose everything themselves. The same couple note that she organized details directly with their wedding witnesses (Trauzeugen), so they did not have to handle messages on the day. Another couple, in what they call a special situation, say she put together a complete package for them at short notice. A third review praises service that was attentive without being intrusive. The site's "Über uns" section adds pages on the team, the history of the house, a career history (Werdegang) and a press feature, for couples who want to know who they are dealing with.
Track record
The site says the team has accompanied more than 500 couples. In 2024 Die Bühne received the Swiss Wedding Award with 15 of 16 possible ribbons (Bänder), and the page says this places it among the best-rated wedding locations in Switzerland. The homepage carries reviews from couples dated 2019 to 2023, all naming Sandra, and one mentions that she sang a song on the stage during the evening.
Booking, contact and language
The homepage has an inquiry form that asks for the wedding date, if known, and invites couples to book a free viewing and get-to-know-you meeting. The contact details are 079 600 10 13 and info@diebuehne.ch, and the menu links a directions page. The team also sends a printed wedding planning guide (Ratgeber) by post on request.
The site is in German only and uses the informal "du" and "ihr". It says nothing about English. For couples from abroad this is the main open question: an all-inclusive planner is only as useful as the conversation with her, so ask at once whether Sandra and the team can plan and run the day in English, and whether a ceremony can be held in English.
What the site does not settle
The homepage publishes no prices, no guest capacity and no end time. It does not describe parking, public transport or accommodation, though a directions page is linked. It does not say whether the venue is booked exclusively for one wedding a day.
Who it suits
Die Bühne suits a couple who want someone else to carry the organization: a rustic hall, a planner who does the decoration and flowers herself, catering and an optional celebrant, all from one family business with long experience. It fits especially well for couples who like a personal, informal style and want room for their own ideas. The caveats for couples from abroad are the German-only site, the missing prices and capacities, and the need to arrange guest accommodation and the legal ceremony themselves.
