Cornelia is the wedding photography business of Cornelia Vinzens, based at Rabengasse 10 in Chur, Graubünden. Her site is built around one idea, written in English at the foot of the page: "Specialized in Mountain Weddings". She photographs weddings, elopements and destination weddings, mostly in the mountains of Graubünden, and she publishes her packages and prices. The site is in German with an English version (EN) in the menu, which makes her offer easy for a couple from abroad to assess.
Who she is
She greets visitors with "Beinvegni", Romansh for welcome, and introduces herself as a wedding photographer from Graubünden. If your dream is a mountain wedding against the Graubünden scenery, she writes, you have come to the right place. "Die Bergwelt ist mein Zuhause", the mountains are her home and her inspiration for every picture. She grew up in this landscape and says she knows its moods, its light and the special places that give wedding photos their own atmosphere.
Her style, in her words, is to record real emotions and spontaneous moments "natürlich, authentisch und zeitlos", natural, authentic and timeless. Her advice to couples is simple: have fun and enjoy the day with your favorite people, and she will make sure it becomes memories that last.
Where she works
She writes that she will accompany a couple wherever their story happens: in Chur, on an alp, in a ski area, by a mountain lake, or anywhere in Switzerland. The testimonials on the home page come from couples in Lenzerheide, Pigniu, Sedrun, Chur, Ilanz, Siat and Ruschein, which shows how much of her work is in Graubünden itself. The menu has separate pages for wedding photography, elopements and destination weddings, and the footer also lists a newborn shoot page.
Packages and prices
The home page lists three packages:
- Silber (Silver): CHF 2900 for 6 hours of wedding reportage.
- Gold: CHF 3600 for 9 hours.
- Platin (Platinum): CHF 4200 for 12 hours.
Every package includes a get-to-know-you video call and a personal meeting before the wedding, the complete gallery carefully edited and in high resolution, a sneak peek one week after the wedding, delivery of the full gallery within 4 weeks, a private online gallery for downloading and sharing, and travel costs within Graubünden. Extra hours cost CHF 300 each. For anything that does not fit the packages, she invites couples to contact her for an individual offer, and there is a "check availability" button next to the packages.
For a couple planning from abroad, this is unusually clear. The price for a full day is on the page, the delivery time is fixed, and the one variable, travel outside Graubünden, is visible because the packages say what they include.
Equipment
For the technically minded, she says she shoots with Sony Alpha cameras and uses fixed-focal-length lenses from Sony and Sigma Art.
What couples say
The home page carries a long run of testimonials in German. Carole and Marco from Lenzerheide write that preparation was professional and warm, and that on the day she was "fast unsichtbar", almost invisible, yet caught every emotional moment. Larissa and Mathias from Sedrun say the photos are "so natürlich und nichts ist gestellt", so natural and nothing staged, and that you can see they enjoyed the day. Daniela and Oliver from Pigniu write that they keep spotting details in the pictures they never noticed amid everything that happened that day, and that looking at the photos makes the day feel like yesterday. Liliane and Sandro from Chur say they laughed a lot during their couple shoot, that it shows in the pictures, and that they had one printed large on canvas.
Several reviews describe the preparation in useful detail. Jessica and Markus from Ilanz say questions were answered quickly and that they visited the locations together with her beforehand to discuss ideas. Leila and Marco from Ruschein say she took a lot of time in advance to discuss their wishes. Janine and Sven from Siat say she stayed with them the whole day, that everything ran smoothly, and that she always had good ideas for how to pose and which objects to include, so she will direct when a couple wants it rather than only observe. Another couple booked a couple shoot in the forest ahead of their wedding and wrote that it was great fun, and that her spontaneity made the pictures come out natural, with nothing staged.
Contact
The contact route is the site's contact page, a WhatsApp button, and the phone number +41 78 327 60 65. She asks couples to tell her about themselves, their wedding and their plans. The menu also has pages on how she works, a FAQ and a blog, and the footer links to terms and conditions.
What the site does not settle
The home page does not say how travel outside Graubünden is charged, even though she offers to work anywhere in Switzerland. It does not describe the elopement and destination wedding offers in detail (those have their own pages), or whether a couple shoot before the wedding is included or charged separately. It does not mention a second photographer, video, albums or prints, or a deposit and cancellation terms; the footer links to terms and conditions, but the home page does not summarize them. The English version exists, but the home page does not state which languages she works in on the day.
Who it suits
Cornelia suits couples planning a wedding or elopement in the Graubünden mountains, on an alp, at a ski resort or beside a mountain lake, who want a local photographer who knows the places and the light. Couples from abroad benefit from the English site, the published prices and the fixed 4-week delivery. Her natural style, with guidance for posed shots when needed, suits relaxed weddings.
She suits less well couples marrying far from Graubünden who want travel costs fixed before contact, or couples who want a heavily staged, editorial look. For a mountain wedding in her canton, the offer on the page is about as complete as a couple could ask for.
