A Photo and Video Agency From Moutier

Une Histoire de Pixel is a wedding photography and videography agency based in Moutier, Switzerland. It describes itself as bringing together wedding photographers selected for their sensitivity and technical rigor, and passionate wedding videographers, working throughout Switzerland and internationally. For couples from abroad, two details stand out at once: the site runs in both French and English, and the photography page states that the agency works "in French, English and Russian".

The agency's pitch is a single team. Rather than hiring a photographer and a filmmaker separately, a couple books both through one agency, which says every package is delivered by a team selected according to its standards and brought together to tell the wedding story with consistency and sensitivity. A photography-only or videography-only service, independent of the other, is also available.

The Approach

The agency's pages describe the style in consistent terms. Photographs should be sincere and timeless, taken with discretion and without imposing on the real pace of the day. The videographers aim for the same discreet presence, with editing true to the emotion and authenticity of the wedding, and films meant to be felt today and relived for a lifetime. The combined page argues that the two media complement each other: photography holds the still moment, while video carries the movement, sound and emotion.

The Five Packages

The packages page lists five packages, each defined by hours and team size:

  • Émeraude: 5 hours, 1 videographer and 1 photographer.
  • Rubis: 8 hours, 1 videographer and 1 photographer.
  • Saphir: 12 hours, 1 videographer and 1 photographer, marked as the recommended package.
  • Diamant: 14 hours, 1 videographer and 1 photographer.
  • Prestige: 20 hours spread over two days, 2 videographers and 1 photographer, labeled "Signature".

The packages page gives no figures. It says every project is assessed individually based on the date, location and the couple's wishes, and asks couples to get in touch for the exact rate. The agency's own advice article states that its prices are stated clearly with the duration and team size for each package and points to a pricing page for the current details; a couple should request those figures in the first message.

The Prestige package, spread over two days, suits a wedding that runs over a weekend, such as a civil ceremony or welcome evening one day and the main celebration the next.

What Comes With the Packages

The combined photo and video page lists the deliverables: a private HD gallery, a teaser and a cinematic film, and premium prints depending on the package chosen. It does not break down which prints come with which package. Depending on the package, a photographer and one or two videographers accompany the couple through the day, with what the page calls complete discretion.

Drone footage is part of the offer. The FAQ answers "Is drone footage included in the packages?" with yes, subject to authorization at the wedding venue, so couples marrying at a castle or lakeside venue should check the venue's rules before counting on aerial shots.

Delivery Times

The agency publishes delivery windows that vary by package: 2 to 6 weeks for photographs and 2 to 6 months for video. For a couple flying home after the wedding, that means the photo gallery arrives within weeks, while the film can take up to half a year. The agency's films and teasers are on its YouTube channel, which is the place to judge the video style before inquiring.

Travel and Booking

Travel is included within a 30 km radius of Moutier. Beyond that, the FAQ says, travel costs may apply depending on the location of the event; no rate is published. Booking is confirmed once the service agreement is signed and the deposit paid, and the full terms are set out in the contract. Asked whether it works outside Switzerland, the agency answers yes, throughout Switzerland and internationally.

The Pricing Article

The agency's "Stories & Advice" section includes an article, in French and English and dated 9 August 2026, on what a wedding photographer and filmmaker cost in Switzerland. It is a useful read for a couple new to the Swiss market even if they book someone else. It explains that the price depends on the hours of coverage, whether the couple chooses photography, film or both, how many professionals are involved, the preparation time beforehand, photo culling and editing (which, it notes, often takes longer than the shoot), video editing and sound work, travel if the wedding is far from the team's base, the deliverables (online gallery, HD files, prints, USB drive) and the equipment and file backups.

On why prices vary, the article says two photographers can offer packages that look alike on paper at very different prices, and that experience, time spent on post-production and how personalized the service is explain much of the gap. It closes with four questions to ask any provider: what exactly is included in the price, how long until the photos and film arrive, who will photograph and film on the day, and how the files are backed up.

What the Site Leaves Open

The packages page shows no prices, so the budget has to come from the quote or the pricing page. The site does not name the photographers and videographers, which matters given the article's own advice to ask who will be shooting on the day. It gives no travel rate beyond the 30 km radius and does not list which prints each package includes. The menu has sections for testimonials and availability; couples who want to read reviews or check a date should look there or ask.

Who It Suits

Une Histoire de Pixel suits couples who want photography and film from one coordinated team, with clear hours and team sizes, and it names Russian alongside French and English as working languages. The two-day Prestige package fits a multi-day wedding weekend. Couples marrying far from Moutier should ask about travel costs early, and couples who need to fix a budget before a conversation should request the pricing first.
