Letter-Werk

LetterWerk is a small print workshop in Winterthur where the designer runs the whole process, from the first draft to the finished card. Printing is done either digitally or on a roughly hundred-year-old German hand press, which presses the design deep into the paper for a tactile letterpress impression. The paper is organic cotton rag stock, and the materials used are made in Europe.

There is a collection of personalised wedding cards, covering invitations, save-the-dates, envelopes, menu cards and place cards, and the studio will also work with couples on a fully bespoke set. It prints birth announcements too, often in the same design as a couple's wedding cards. The site is in German and English.
