How booking works

The booking tool on the wedding page offers two modes, per kilometer or per hour. Pickup must be within Switzerland; drop-off can be anywhere in Europe, and transfers can be one way or a round trip. In hourly mode, each block includes a set distance: 1 hour with 20 km, 2 hours with 40 km, and so on up to 10 hours with 200 km. The site says customers can check prices and availability for the vehicles and packages "in seconds", then confirm and pay online, with instant confirmation by email or SMS. On the day, the chauffeur meets the client at the agreed pickup point, with a name sign if needed, and a live tracking feature sends SMS updates as the chauffeur approaches.

The page promises free cancellation with no extra fees, and "no hidden fees". The pricing is shown in the tool rather than in a table on the page, so a couple will need to enter their route and date to see a figure. On lead time, the FAQ recommends booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially in the spring and summer wedding seasons, while also accepting last-minute bookings subject to availability. It also says there is no strict minimum distance, and that both hourly and full-day bookings are possible.

The fleet, and a gap between words and cars

It speaks of classic and vintage cars, stretch limousines, luxury sedans, SUVs and vans, and the FAQ repeats that vintage classics and stretch limousines are part of the fleet. None of the vintage cars or limousines appears in the listed fleet, so a couple who want a classic car or a limousine should ask exactly which vehicle they would get, and see a photo of it, before booking. The listed Mercedes sedans and the V-Class are the dependable core of the offer.

What the wedding service covers

The FAQ answers the questions couples usually ask. The company says it provides end-to-end wedding-day transport, "including separate cars for the couple, family members, and larger groups of guests". Chauffeurs are "professionally dressed, discreet, and trained in formal event etiquette". Decoration is possible: ribbons, floral arrangements or themed decorations can be requested in advance and the company will coordinate them. The cars can be used for wedding photography or video, both as a backdrop and for a drive after the ceremony. The chauffeurs are Peter, with 6+ years and 300+ rides, speaking English and German, and Marco, with 8+ years and 450+ rides, speaking English, German and French. Each carries a rating, from 4.3/5 for Sandra to 4.9/5 for Lukas and Marco.

Two reviews on the wedding page are about weddings. Thomas Keller, with a pickup at Park Gstaad, writes that he booked a car for his sister's wedding and that the experience was "flawless", with "Very professional, discreet service with great attention to detail". Lara Meier, picked up at Château Gütsch in Lucerne, says the car was "pristine" and that everything ran on time.

What the site leaves open

The contact email is a Gmail address, info.comforttransfers@gmail.com, alongside a mobile number, +41 76 205 70 18. The site does not name the company behind the service, give a company registration or explain where the cars are based beyond the Meilen address. It does not publish wedding packages with prices, even though its tips menu mentions a honeymoon and wedding car hire package. Its footer disclaimer says availability, prices and terms may change without notice and points to its terms and conditions, which are worth reading before paying online. Who it suits

Comfort Transfers suits a couple from abroad who want modern chauffeured cars for themselves and their guests, booked in English, with a price visible before they commit. The V-Class is useful for moving family or a small group between a hotel, the ceremony and the reception, and the pickup-to-Europe option helps if guests are coming from across the border. It suits less well a couple set on a specific vintage car or a stretch limousine, since those are described but not shown, and a couple who prefer to deal with a named, established company at a street address they can visit. For them, a first call to confirm the vehicle, the chauffeur and the total price in writing is the sensible step.
