Brautmode LiebesKleid

Tap a star to rate

Brautmode LiebesKleid is a bridal shop in the old town of Bülach, in the Zürcher Unterland, run by Erika Rodriguez and her team. It describes itself as "eine 2-stöckige Brautkleid Welt voller Inspiration und Freundlichkeit", a bridal world on two floors full of inspiration and friendliness, and it sells wedding dresses, civil-ceremony and mix-and-match outfits, evening wear, shoes and accessories, as well as dresses for flower girls and first communions. It offers two kinds of bridal appointment, including a private VIP fitting after closing time, and it arranges alterations through 5 partner tailoring workshops.

The approach

The welcome text sets the tone with a phrase worth quoting in the original: "Nichts muss, alles kann", nothing has to happen, anything can. The shop's aim, it says, is that the choice, the quality and the advice make sure a bride leaves with a good feeling, and perhaps with her dress. The team says it takes a great deal of time to learn each bride's wishes and needs and to choose the most suitable models to try on together.

A second passage on the home page asks brides not to expect "DEN" Moment, the one big moment, and not to put themselves under pressure. The team promises advice that is sensitive, friendly and "absolut stressfrei", completely stress-free, and invites brides to try their favorite dresses 2 or 3 times without being pushed.

The welcome text also makes clear that companions are part of the plan. It describes time together with loved ones, the laughing and the crying and the difficult moments of decision, as what the dress search is about, and promises the team's support throughout. The appointment descriptions repeat the idea with the line "Geben Sie ihrem Hochzeitskleid die Chance, Sie zu finden", give your wedding dress the chance to find you.

The labels and the range

The shop lists its labels as FAN XIA Design, Mia Lavi, Monica Loretti, Justin Alexander, Bianco Evento and Lillian West, plus "Diverse" (various). Mia Lavi gets its own entry, described as "ästhetisch und modern". The styles are summed up as modern, vintage and boho, and the site says its dresses are chosen from well-known international bridal manufacturers.

Beyond wedding dresses, the range includes:

  • civil-ceremony bridal wear and mix-and-match pieces
  • bridal shoes and accessories
  • evening dresses for the maid of honor, bridesmaids and mothers of the bride
  • occasion wear for girls and flower girls, and communion dresses
  • accessories for wedding dogs
  • new this season, Dirndl for festive occasions

For evening wear, girls' and flower-girl dresses, communion dresses, shoes and other accessories, no appointment is needed.

Standard and VIP fittings

The site describes two bridal appointments:

  • Standard Brautberatung: a fitting with family or friends among the wedding dresses, with a glass of sparkling wine and a few snacks.
  • VIP Brautberatung: an exclusive, private fitting with champagne and nibbles, held while the shop is closed to other customers. The parking space in front of the shop is reserved for the bride.

The site also notes that further VIP appointments are possible outside regular opening hours. Appointments are requested by e-mail, and the site has separate buttons for booking a standard or a VIP appointment. Brides may also drop in without an appointment during opening hours just to look around.

Alterations

The shop says it works with "5 hervorragenden Schneider-Ateliers", five excellent tailoring workshops, and can therefore offer a competent alterations service through LiebesKleid. The site credits the alterations service to these partner workshops and does not publish their prices or turnaround times.

Prices and offers

The site publishes no price list. The one figure it gives comes from a spring promotion, a "Geschenk Aktion" from 16 March to 27 April: a bride who bought her wedding dress from CHF 1200 upwards on her first visit received a voucher for bridal shoes, sneakers or evening shoes from the shop. That figure is the promotion's threshold, not a starting price for the range.

Awards and events

The news section lists a "Swiss Wedding Award 15 goldene Bänder" (15 golden ribbons) and a Swiss Wedding Award 2023, and links to "Real Brides" photos and testimonials. It also announces that the shop will be at the Hochzeitsmesse Aargau, a wedding fair, on 20.9.2026 in Dottikon, and that new bridal collections are arriving. The shop posts daily updates on Instagram and Facebook under @brautmodeliebeskleid.

Opening hours

Regular hours, as published:

  • Monday closed
  • Tuesday 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00
  • Wednesday 14:00 to 17:00, by appointment until 18:00
  • Thursday 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00, bridal appointments until 20:30
  • Friday 11:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00
  • Saturday 12:00 to 16:00, by appointment from 8:30 until 18:00

The site also lists special, reduced hours for September and October 2026, with the shop closed on several days, including 25.9., 29.9., 30.9., 2.10., 3.10., 6.10. and 7.10., so a visit in that period needs checking first. The Thursday evening and early Saturday appointment slots are useful for anyone who works during the day or is traveling in.

Contact

The site asks customers to write to mail@liebeskleid.ch if the shop cannot be reached by phone, "weil wir gerade eine Braut glücklich machen", because the team is busy making a bride happy. For a couple writing from abroad, e-mail is the natural first step anyway.

What the site leaves open

The site is in German only and does not say whether fittings can be held in English or French. It gives no prices for dresses or alterations, no lead time for ordering a dress, and no sizes. Beyond the old-town location and the reserved parking space for VIP appointments, it says nothing about how to get to the shop. A couple from abroad should ask about language, order times and the alteration process in the first e-mail.

Who it suits

Brautmode LiebesKleid suits brides who want a relaxed, unhurried fitting with a named range of international labels, and those who want a private after-hours appointment. It also suits families who want flower-girl or communion dresses, evening wear and shoes from the same shop. The caveats are the German-only site, no published prices and alterations handled by outside partners, all of which are best settled by e-mail before a visit.
