Atomick Events
Tap a star to rate
Atomick Events is a French-speaking events company that combines DJ work with sound, lighting, equipment rental and decoration. Its homepage headline lists the trades in one line: sound, entertainment, lighting, rental, decoration, and "Créateur d'Ambiance" (mood-maker). The site's title and its DJ section lead with Vevey, Montreux and the Riviera, and the DJ pages cover Suisse romande more widely. Weddings come first in the list of events the team runs: "Nous animons : mariage, anniversiaire, souper d'entreprise, séminaire" (we host weddings, birthdays, company dinners and seminars).
A dated post on the homepage says "Atomick Events a 22 ans" and adds that the team has worked in events for 22 years. The site's copyright line starts in 2003.
The DJ offer for weddings
The homepage describes the kind of DJ it provides in its own phrase: "DJ généraliste discret mais éfficace" (a general-purpose DJ, discreet but effective). That is a modest pitch, and a useful one for a wedding, where the music has to suit grandparents at dinner and friends on the dance floor later.
The site frames the wedding conversation around advice. It asks whether the client wants to be listened to and advised on how the evening runs, the choice of music, the layout of the reception room and its lighting, and says the team will help decide which artist suits the night. So the service is not only a DJ arriving with a playlist; the company offers to think through the room and the running order with the couple.
The homepage and the Nyon page also list services that sit around the DJ set at a wedding: karaoke, "major de table" (the master of ceremonies who runs speeches, games and announcements at a French-Swiss wedding dinner), games for adults and children, and LED decoration. The site menu includes a "Calendrier du Mariage" (wedding calendar), a "Dj mariage" page, a page of advice and a page of party games, whose contents the homepage does not summarize.
Two DJs are named in the homepage's event posts: Mr. Atomick and Little Phoenix, who appear together as a duo at a nightclub event in Nendaz in January 2026 and at a birthday at Fort Les Rousses in France in June 2025. The site does not say which DJ plays a given wedding. The menu does, however, link to mixes and creations by the Atomick Events team, to photo albums and videos, and to a guest book, so a couple can hear the team's style and read past clients' comments before making contact.
Sound, lighting and rental
Much of the site is about equipment. The Nyon page describes professional sound and lighting installation alongside the DJ service, and lists rentals: sound, lights, projectors and giant screens, speaker lecterns, concert sound, LED decoration, stages, and equipment for seminars, festivals, and village and youth festivals. It adds that sound and lighting can be rented with a utility vehicle if needed. The site menu lists rental pages for a bouncy castle, projectors and screens, stages, mixing desks, sound systems, microphones, trusses and stands, lighting, effect machines and mobile cloakrooms.
For a couple, that rental side has two uses. A marquee or barn wedding can get stage, lighting and sound from the same company that provides the DJ. And a couple with a band or a different DJ can still hire equipment, such as a projector and screen for a slideshow or microphones for speeches.
The homepage also presents Atomick Events as an importer, distributor and official reseller for brands including Electro-Voice, JBL, HK Audio, Mackie, Shure and Chauvet, and it sells bar and party gear from beer towers and bar mats to LED glasses and glow bracelets. It offers to visit clubs, bars and restaurants with its catalogs and says advice includes installation of the equipment. That side of the business serves venues rather than couples, but it explains why the company has so much equipment to hand.
Area
The DJ pages name Vevey, Montreux, the Riviera and Nyon, and say the company works "dans toute la Suisse Romande" (throughout French-speaking Switzerland). The site title also names Valais, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Bienne, Bern and Geneva, and the event posts show work in Nendaz and, once, over the border in France. The site does not state travel charges or a maximum distance, and it gives no street address.
Booking
Contact is by phone on 078 758 91 60 or by email at info@atomick-events.com (the homepage also gives atomickdjnight@bluewin.ch). The site has a quote request form, a contact page and general terms of sale, and it repeats "Devis sur demande" (quote on request) for its rental and structure offers.
What the site does not settle
- Prices. No DJ rates, packages or rental prices are published.
- Language. The site is in French only, and it does not say whether the DJs work in English. For a couple from abroad, that matters most if the DJ is also to act as master of ceremonies.
- Set hours and team. The pages do not say how long a wedding set runs, how many people come, or who the wedding DJ will be.
- Wedding specifics. The wedding calendar and wedding DJ pages are listed in the menu, but the homepage and Nyon page do not describe a wedding package.
- Booking terms. Lead time, deposit and cancellation are covered only by general terms that the pages link to rather than summarize.
Who it suits
Atomick Events suits French-speaking couples, or couples comfortable arranging things in French, who are marrying on the Riviera, around Lake Geneva or elsewhere in Suisse romande and want the DJ, the sound, the lights and perhaps a master of ceremonies from one company. It is particularly practical for a marquee, a barn or a village hall where all the technical equipment has to be brought in.
It is a less natural fit for an English-speaking couple who need an MC in English, and for couples wanting published prices or a detailed wedding package before they get in touch. The DJ description is modest by design, which suits a wedding where the music should support the evening rather than dominate it.
