Wedding & Events GmbH is a Zurich wedding planning, decoration and rental business led by Eva Hauser. Its home page describes it as a wedding and event planner and designer "seit mehr als 20 Jahren" (for more than 20 years), with long-standing international experience. The offer comes in three parts that can be booked together or separately: planning and coordination, decoration and design, and the rental of furniture, table linen and decor. The site's own summary is "alles aus einer Hand", everything from one source.

For couples from abroad, one line on the team page stands out: it invites couples to benefit from long international experience "in vielen Nationalitäten und Bräuchen" (with many nationalities and customs). That is the most direct statement on the site that mixed and international weddings are familiar ground.

Every page carries the same line: Wedding & Events GmbH travels throughout Switzerland and abroad. The home page slideshow shows decoration and design for a wedding at the Dolder Grand and a winter wedding at the Suvretta House in St. Moritz, "realisiert und designed von Eva Hauser". The planning page shows a ceremony at the Parkhotel Vitznau that it says was organized, coordinated and decorated by Eva Hauser. Those three named hotel weddings are the clearest evidence of the level the business works at.

Planning and coordination

The planning page describes the service as organizing, coordinating and decorating exclusive weddings and special events. Its heading sums up the wedding offer: "Exklusive Hochzeitsplanung, auf Wunsch mit Koordination am Hochzeitstag und einmaliger Hochzeitsdekoration" (exclusive wedding planning, with coordination on the wedding day on request, and one-of-a-kind wedding decoration). Coordination on the day is therefore an option, not automatically part of the package. The team page says Eva Hauser and her team plan each wedding to the couple's wishes and ideas. The planning page pitches the service to couples who want to hand over the worry, under the heading "Lassen Sie Ihre Sorgen unsere sein" (let your worries be ours), and speaks of weddings and events in carefully chosen venues. The home page closes its introduction with the company's motto, in English: "all you need is love and Wedding & Events".

The wider rental range includes chair covers in several colors, covers for festival benches, table linen to match in many colors and sizes, chairs including Napoleon chairs and a Crossback wooden chair, candlesticks in silver, white and gold, lanterns and vases, a chuppah including setup and teardown, and carpets in white, gold, red, pink and other colors. There is also furniture for children's events, which the site offers as its own line, Kids Events.

Flowers

The home page lists "professionelle Floristik" among the core services and says the team brings the couple's floral wishes to life with arrangements and plants and designs the decoration. The contact page names a flower shop, Blumen Boutique W flowers, at the same address as the company office, Toblerplatz 5 in Zurich, with its own website.

Videos and press

A video page shows real weddings and decoration designs by Eva Hauser, and the planning page mentions an SRF TV report on Eva Hauser and real weddings. For a couple who cannot visit the showroom, the videos are the easiest way to judge the style before a first call.
