A Geneva agency for luxury weddings at home and abroad

White Label Events is a Geneva wedding planning and design agency, founded in 2009, that plans weddings in Switzerland and at destinations in the south of France and Morocco. Its site describes it as a luxury wedding planner and designer and lists its territory as Geneva, the South of France, the French Riviera, Provence and Marrakesh. The agency says it orchestrates weddings where "timeless elegance meets cutting-edge design", and the page footer carries two credentials: voted Geneva Best Wedding Planner by WEDDINGS Magazine, and seen in Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. The site is written in English, which matters for a couple planning from abroad.

Besides weddings, the services page lists two other lines: private events under the name White Label Studio (births, career milestones, anniversaries and birthdays) and event design, meaning bespoke decor created by the team.

The design line is relevant to weddings too. The services page says the team creates bespoke decor for each event, from subtle and elegant to bold statement pieces, working hand in hand with the client, and points to the portfolio as the place to judge its style. The weddings text adds that the agency works from exclusive venues in Switzerland to destinations abroad and that every detail is designed around the couple's story. So a couple booking White Label Events buys planning and styling from the same people, rather than a planner who then hires a separate decorator.

The team

The about page names three people. Liz is the founder and creative director. The agency says she has a background in high-end events and global public relations, and that she refined her expertise working with groups like LVMH and Richemont on experiences for luxury brands. Her stated philosophy since launching the agency in 2009 is placing people at the heart of every celebration and treating a wedding as an experience and a story rather than a production. The page credits her with "refined aesthetic, sharp eye for detail, and a signature touch of elegance".

Fanny and Mina are described as Liz's trusted assistants, her right hand and left, who handle everything from logistics to last-minute refinements with "exceptional professionalism, creativity, and warmth". The team is small by the site's own account: three named people, with Liz leading every project.

Wedding Haute Couture: full planning in ten steps

The main package, Wedding Haute Couture, is laid out as ten numbered steps:

  1. Collaborative Discovery: defining the couple's personal theme or color palette.
  2. Financial Harmony: setting a comprehensive budget.
  3. Exclusive Venue Curation: a "meticulous search and pre-selection of exquisite reception locations", so the couple chooses from a shortlist.
  4. Artistry in Design: bespoke design and decor that match the theme.
  5. Premier Service Procurement: pre-selecting service providers and entertainment to suit the couple's preferences.
  6. Expert Negotiation: negotiating and checking the various quotes.
  7. Precision in Planning: a backward schedule and deadline management.
  8. Financial Finesse: managing the budget through the planning, balancing, in the site's words, opulence and practicality.
  9. Bridal Guidance: personal tips and advice as the couple prepares.
  10. Flawless Execution: on the day the team takes charge, makes sure the suppliers are present and coordinated, and handles incidents.

This is the package for a couple who wants one team to carry the whole project from the first idea to the day.

Wedding Sur Mesure: for couples with suppliers already booked

The second package, Wedding Sur Mesure ("Bespoke Excellence"), is for couples who have already chosen some vendors and need the missing pieces. It has four steps: an analysis of the current situation and the services still to organize, scouting and pre-selecting the most fitting providers, negotiating and validating quotes, and overseeing and coordinating the providers on the day. The agency says its network of partners makes this collaboration work whatever the couple has already arranged.

Destination weddings and the portfolio

The third section, Wedding Destination, pitches the French Riviera and Provence, with lavender fields and seaside châteaux, and Marrakech, with its desert landscapes. The portfolio shows where the agency has actually worked, one couple per venue: Meryl and Zach at the Hotel-Restaurant Parc des Eaux Vives in Geneva, Lucy and Robert at Les Airelles in Gordes, Provence, Anja and Hugo at the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc on the French Riviera, Joyce and Seymour at La Guarda Golf Resort in Crans-Montana, Alex and Cedric at Dar Sabra in Marrakesh, and Laura and Fabien at the Cervo Hotel in Zermatt. The Instagram strip adds a cocktail reception overlooking Lake Geneva and a wedding week in Crans-Montana. For couples marrying in Switzerland, that means Geneva and two Valais mountain resorts are within the agency's documented experience.

The services page quotes one couple, Merel and Peter from Geneva, thanking Liz and her team for their wedding.

What the site does not settle

The site publishes no prices, no planning fees and no minimum budget for any package. It gives no lead time and no booking or deposit terms. It does not say which languages the team works in beyond English, although the site's Instagram buttons are in French and the agency is based in Geneva, so asking whether French or German suppliers will be handled directly is worthwhile. It does not mention civil ceremonies or registry-office paperwork, so couples from abroad should not assume the agency handles the legal side of marrying in Switzerland; ask what it covers. It also does not say how many weddings the team takes a year.

Who it suits

White Label Events suits couples with a generous budget who want a design-led planner and a single team from concept to the day, particularly in Geneva, in the Valais resorts it has worked in, or for a destination wedding in Provence, on the Riviera or in Marrakech. International couples benefit from an English-language agency whose portfolio already spans several countries. It is less suited to couples on a moderate budget or those who want to do most of the planning themselves, since both packages are built around the agency pre-selecting and negotiating suppliers. The Sur Mesure package is the entry point for couples who have already booked a venue or key vendors.
