The wedding work starts later, in its own sentence: "Seit 2020 begleite ich Hochzeiten als Trauredner," he has led weddings as a celebrant since 2020, full-time from that year on by his own account. 2010 is when he found a stage. 2020 is when he started using it for weddings, and it is the more accurate date to hang his career change on.

What that stage background buys a couple, on his own account, is not a catalogue of named rituals. Where some celebrants in this category sell a specific, repeatable set (a stone ritual, a sand ceremony, a sealed letter opened a year later), his own site names none of that: "Bei mir gibt es keine Rituale von der Stange und keine austauschbaren Reden," no off-the-shelf rituals and no interchangeable speeches. He never claims that role for himself anywhere on the domain we read. What he offers is the freie Trauung, described on his own site as non-denominational, personal and free of set requirements, including inside a church for couples with no religious affiliation who still want that building. A couple booking Robino Rich should read this exactly as his own site frames it: he leads and writes the ceremony, not the legal act, and the civil marriage still needs a registrar, somewhere the canton has approved, arranged separately from him.

Languages, Basel, and how far the bucket list goes

This listing was briefed expecting a German-only service, and his own site says otherwise. In a short list of facts about himself, off to one side of the wedding copy, he writes "Ich wohne in der Schweiz (Basel)," he lives in Basel and was born in Germany, and "Meine freie Trauungen könnt Ihr auf Hochdeutsch und Englisch erleben," his ceremonies are available in High German and English. Nothing on the site details how a ceremony that mixes both languages in one script actually works, so a couple wanting that should raise it directly rather than assume it is routine.

He also calls himself available worldwide, and the destination-wedding page backs that claim with somewhere to point rather than just the line itself: "fliege ich wahnsinnig gerne nach Thailand, nach Südafrika, Mauritius oder in die USA" reads his own list of where he likes to fly, naming Thailand, South Africa, Mauritius and the United States. Marry somewhere on what he calls his bucket list and the page states the extra cost plainly: his travel expenses plus a flat 1000 CHF.

What he actually prices, and the one number he will not go under

Wedding suppliers on this tenant rarely publish figures at all, so what does appear here is worth reading closely. His costs page gives a reference rate, "meinem aktuellen Stundensatz von 130 Franken," his current hourly rate of 130 francs, used as one input into a custom quote rather than sold as a flat price. It also states a floor outright: "Von mir bekommt Ihr keine Trauung für 2000 Franken oder weniger," no ceremony from him for 2000 francs or less. What moves the number up from there, by his own account, is travel, whether he also plans or coordinates the wider wedding day, decoration and sound equipment. No deposit, no lead time and no package tiers appear anywhere on the site.

That gap between what is stated and what is not is really the honest shape of this listing. A couple gets a floor and an hourly reference point rather than a number to budget against directly, and a ceremony-writing process described in named stages rather than left to guesswork. Weigh that against a background a couple can check for themselves rather than take on faith: a music-industry outlet with no reason to flatter him confirms the TV career, the 2024 start on a national studio show, and the same 25-wedding annual cap his own site claims. For a couple who can only meet a celebrant on a video call before the flight over, that kind of outside confirmation is worth more than one more glowing testimonial would be.
