Robino Rich

Robino Rich is a Basel celebrant who leads free, secular ceremonies with no religious or legal element. His background is in television moderation and event production, including TV shows, live radio and large-scale events, and it shapes how he stages a wedding. Music sits inside the structure rather than filling gaps, carrying the emotion and guiding the transitions between sections, and he is firm that there are no interchangeable speeches: each one is written closely to the couple.

He works in High German and English, and offers elopements as well as destination weddings further afield in Switzerland, Germany and abroad. To keep the writing personal he caps himself at around 25 weddings a year and spreads the preparation across several meetings over a number of months, so the trust and the detail have time to build before the day.
