Diadaime Events

Diadaime Events is a wedding planner and bridal boutique in Porrentruy, in the canton of Jura, run by Nathalie Monin. The homepage sums it up in one line: Diadaime helps with the wedding project and with choosing the dress. The planning side runs from a coaching session for couples who organize everything themselves through to complete organization, and the boutique sells and rents wedding gowns, so a bride can use one side of the business without the other.

Background and Approach

Nathalie writes on the homepage that she organized all kinds of events around the world before training as a wedding planner. The site's headline is "Dites oui à un mariage à votre image" (say yes to a wedding that reflects who you are), and she promises to work with any scale of project: "A petit budget, atypique ou tape à l'œil, réalisons ensemble le projet qui vous ressemble" (small budget, unusual or flashy, let's build the project that suits you together). She signs off as a wedding specialist, "mais pas que" (but not only), and the site's menu confirms other occasions: a section for other events, with the homepage naming anniversaries, vow renewals, baptisms, engagements and proposals.

The site presents itself as a wedding planner for the Jura, and the homepage names Ajoie, the Franches-Montagnes, Delémont, Porrentruy, Saignelégier and Le Noirmont among the places it serves. The menu also has pages titled Mariage à l'étranger (wedding abroad) and Mariage last minute; the details of those two offers are a question to put to Nathalie.

The Planning Formulas

The services page sets out five ways to work with her.

Coaching is for couples who want to organize the wedding themselves but do not know where to begin. She helps set a framework, deadlines and practical tips so the project does not become overwhelming. If a couple only needs reliable suppliers, she shares the contacts of her best partners according to their needs.

Coordination is for couples who have organized the wedding and booked their suppliers but want to enjoy the day along with their guests. The team takes over about 1 month before the wedding to get to know the suppliers and define what each needs, and on the day there are 2 people on site to follow the schedule so the couple can relax.

Full organization (Organisation complète) takes the project step by step "du rêve à la réalité" (from dream to reality). Nathalie builds the budget with the couple and looks for suppliers accordingly. Regular meetings keep the plan aligned with the couple's requirements, budget and changing ideas, and she arranges the supplier meetings and coordinates their work. On the day, the team is on site watching over the running of the day.

À la carte is for couples who care about some parts of the organization and not at all about others. They sort out what they want to hand over, and she draws up a quote based on their wishes and the size of the project.

Wedding Design covers decoration for couples who consider it important but lack the skill or the time. She handles the concept, the choice of elements or the installation, and the couple decides which of those to hand over. The menu adds decoration and stationery as a related service.

The Boutique

The second half of the business is a bridal boutique, which the homepage calls the Boudoir de Diadaime, with gowns for sale and for rent. Fittings are by appointment, booked online or by email, and the site's contact page description says the fitting is free and without commitment.

A clearance page lists older single-piece models reduced to make room for new stock, each at 300 CHF: Cherry, Prélude, Calice, Poudre, Privilège, Berry, Noble, Hochet, Marceline, Novatrice and Carlotta, filtered by sizes 34 and 40. The page says shipping is possible throughout Switzerland and that clearance items cannot be returned. It also mentions further promotions in the shop by appointment. Regular gown prices and rental prices are not published.

The boutique runs fashion shows. The menu lists shows in October 2023, March 2024, the Wouah Event in 2024 and the Défilé Avenue de la Gare in Delémont in September 2025, which the page says was staged to bring life back to the town center and presented the 2025 collection. The same page thanks the models, the dressers, the Delémont hairdresser Nela and the photographer Pascal Crelier, a small sign of the local supplier network Nathalie works with. Diadaime also offers a « Just4fun » shoot for anyone who wants to feel like a princess in a dress without necessarily getting married.

Booking and First Contact

The contact form covers both dress fittings and planning services, and Nathalie says she will reply as soon as possible. The site description on the contact page states that the first planning meeting, to discuss the couple's wishes and budget and define what they need, is free and without commitment. The postal address and email are published in the footer of every page: Rue Pierre-Péquignat 36, 2900 Porrentruy, and nathalie.monin@outlook.com.

What the Site Does Not Settle

The site publishes no prices for any planning formula; the à la carte formula is explicitly quoted case by case. It is written in French only and does not mention English or any other language, so an English-speaking couple should ask directly whether planning can run in English. It does not describe how planning works at a distance for a couple living abroad, and the boutique side depends on visiting Porrentruy for fittings, apart from the clearance models, which can be shipped within Switzerland. It gives no guest-count range and no guidance on the formalities of a wedding abroad.

Who It Suits

Diadaime suits couples marrying in the Jura, or brides nearby, who like the idea of one person helping with both the planning and the dress. The range from a coaching session to full organization means couples can pay only for the help they need, and the explicit openness to small budgets and unusual projects makes it approachable. The day-of coordination with 2 people on site is a sensible middle option for couples who have done the groundwork. The caveats for an international couple are the French-only site, the lack of any published prices and the local focus of the boutique.
