Verbier Luxury Events
Tap a star to rate
Verbier Luxury Events is a French-language events site for Verbier, in Valais, that organizes weddings, seminars, birthdays and romantic getaways, and runs a program of dinners, wine evenings and workshops. Its wedding offer is built around the Chalet d'Adrien, where it proposes receptions and guest accommodation, and a page of unusual ideas for proposals and ceremonies, from champagne on a glacier to an alphorn welcome for the couple. The site presents itself as the source of "offres privilège de séjours à Verbier" and links throughout to the Chalet d'Adrien and its restaurants.
Weddings in winter and summer
The wedding page, titled "Un Mariage de Rêve", opens with the promise of marrying in Verbier in winter as in summer: in winter "dans une ambiance neige & tradition" (with snow and tradition), in summer for big emotional moments in the mountains. For a couple from abroad, that is a useful signal that the service is not tied to one season.
The reception is designed around the Chalet d'Adrien. The page offers to create the couple's own reception space in the chalet and/or on the terrace, with a marquee on the terrace facing the mountain, a seated dinner or a buffet on the terrace, and the layout of the reception spaces. It says the Chalet d'Adrien welcomes the couple's guests for their stay and offers many possibilities for arranging the evening, fitted to the couple's wishes.
What the team organizes
Under the heading "Disponibilités & Services", the wedding page says the Verbier Luxury Events teams guide the couple in organizing the ceremony and help them select suppliers on site. It names those suppliers: band, DJ, photographer, flowers, table decoration, menu choice, wedding cake, and printed menus and seating plans. It also lists entertainment, beauty, carriage or limousine hire, a restaurant room, and "Cérémonie laique ou mariage religieux a Verbier" (a secular ceremony or a religious wedding in Verbier). The page ends with the words "Assistance personnalisée" (personal assistance).
That puts the service somewhere between a venue's events team and a local planner: it coordinates the ceremony, the reception at the chalet and the local suppliers, rather than taking on every part of a wedding from the first idea. The page says nothing about civil ceremonies at the registry office, which foreign couples should raise separately.
Unusual ideas
A separate page, "Quelques idées inédites", covers proposals and unusual ceremonies ("Demande en mariages ou cérémonies insolites"). It lists:
- champagne for two at the top of a glacier after a helicopter flight over the mountains
- a drink at altitude for the sunset
- a dog sled outing and lunch at altitude
- a private moment on the pool terrace of the Chalet d'Adrien, away from noise and crowds
- private hire of the terrace for a cocktail or dinner
- private hire of the restaurants or the whole Chalet d'Adrien
- a traditional alphorn concert, "Concert traditionnel de Cors", as the couple arrives
The last item is the one with the most local character, and the private hire of the chalet is the option that matters most for a wedding with a full guest list.
Food and wine at the chalet
The site's gourmet program shows what guests could eat and drink during a wedding stay. For the 2026-2027 winter season, it lists the Table d'Adrien, which it calls the starred restaurant of Verbier, the Grenier, described as its traditional restaurant, a Sunday brunch, lunch on the terrace, a tapas menu at the bar on the terrace, and wine evenings in the chalet's cellar.
The wine workshop page adds that the hotel offers its own cuvées, "Les Grains Blancs d'Adrien", a traditional Petite Arvine, and "Les Grains Rouges d'Adrien", an old-vine Syrah, made from parcels selected by the winemaker Yvon Roduit and served in both of the hotel's restaurants.
Activities for guests
For guests who arrive early or stay on, the site describes several organized experiences:
- Wine workshops. The Chemin du Vignoble, running from Martigny to Leuk (Loèche), is presented as the ideal way to discover the Valais vineyards, with hiking paths between 450 and 800 meters and an 83 km cycle route. The wine workshop runs from 1 July to 15 September, from 11:00 to 15:00.
- Cheese workshop. A breakfast and walk at altitude with a panorama at 2500 m, reached by gondola, e-bike or on foot, where guests watch cheese being made and visit the cellars. The same page describes the Bisse du Levron, an irrigation channel above Verbier built around 1460.
- Other programs. Cooking classes, a dinner in the dark, golf, wellness and family activities for summer and winter.
How to get in touch
The contact page has a form asking for name, address, country, phone, email and a message, and says requests are handled as quickly as possible. It also invites visitors to join the Verbier Luxury Club. No phone number or email address appears in the page text.
What the site leaves open
The site publishes no wedding prices, no packages and no minimum spend. It does not state how many guests the chalet, its terrace or a marquee can take, so guest numbers are the first thing to ask. It does not say how far ahead to book or which dates are available. It does not say whether the team plans a whole wedding from the first idea or mainly coordinates the ceremony, reception and local suppliers. It does not describe how guests reach Verbier.
The site is written entirely in French. It does not say which languages the team works in, so an English-speaking couple should ask in the contact form.
Who it suits
Verbier Luxury Events suits couples who want to marry in Verbier in winter or summer, host the reception and their guests at the Chalet d'Adrien, and add alpine touches such as an alphorn welcome or a glacier champagne moment. The food and wine program makes it a strong option for a multi-day celebration. The caveats are the absence of prices and capacities and a French-only site, and couples who want a planner independent of any one venue should look at the service with that link in mind.
