A one-woman planning studio in Graubünden
weddingmadewithlove is the wedding planning business of Patricia Brazerol, whose site lists an address at Rheinfelsstrasse 110 in Chur, Graubünden. Her about page opens with the Romansh greeting "Allegra!" and says she comes from "dem wunderschönen Bündnerland" (beautiful Graubünden). She offers four services: a paid Wedding Strategy Session and three planning packages called Essential Coordination, Signature Planning and Full Experience. The package names are English, but every page of the site is written in German.
She explains on the about page that she found her calling as a wedding planner because it lets her use her passion and her strengths, and that her long experience as a customer advisor (Kundenberaterin) and her empathetic manner help her support couples. She adds that order and structure are part of the job and of her everyday life. The home page quotes her: "Ein sauberes und exaktes Arbeiten ist für mich ein Muss" (clean, exact work is a must for me).
The Wedding Strategy Session
The most unusual part of the offer is a stand-alone consultation. The Wedding Strategy Session is a 90-minute personal session priced at CHF 490, and the fee is fully credited if the couple goes on to book her ("vollständig anrechenbar"). The page lists when it makes sense: at the start of planning, midway through, when a couple wants to make decisions with confidence, has lost the overview, or wants to spend the budget with purpose. Afterwards, it says, a couple has clarity about next steps, priorities, pending decisions, budget and planning, and their own situation.
What the session contains is set out plainly: the 90 minutes with Patricia, an analysis of the couple's current situation, individual recommendations, guidance on budget and priorities, and a written summary. The page is explicit that this is not a get-to-know-you meeting. That meeting checks whether working together fits; the strategy session works on the couple's actual plan, and the couple leaves with a clear direction even if they never book anything else. Couples unsure whether the session suits them can describe their situation briefly and ask for a short assessment.
For a couple planning from abroad, a fixed-price session with a written summary is a practical way to test a Swiss planner before committing to a package. The site does not say whether the session can be held by video call or must be in person, so that is worth asking before booking.
The three planning packages
Essential Coordination is for couples who plan most of the wedding themselves but do not want to deal with anything on the day. Patricia supports the final phase of planning and coordinates all suppliers and the schedule on the day. It includes a handover conversation, a compact running plan, coordination with all suppliers, and up to 8 hours of coordination on the wedding day.
Signature Planning develops a coherent wedding concept together with the couple, with Patricia helping to find suitable suppliers. In the site's words the couple keeps the overview while she takes care of structure and organization. It includes planning conversations during the preparation, budget planning, an individual wedding concept, a decoration concept, research in up to 3 supplier categories, "Location-Scouting Light", writing the running order (the Drehbuch, or script), coordination with all suppliers, and coordination on the day. The offer page says most couples choose this package because it gives structured support during planning.
Full Experience runs from the first idea to the wedding day: support through the whole planning phase, budget planning and concept development, comprehensive supplier research, full support in finding a venue, the running order, supplier coordination and coordination on the day.
The three packages carry no published prices. The offer page invites couples to a non-binding introductory meeting (unverbindliches Kennenlerngespräch) to discuss their ideas and work out which level of support suits them.
What couples and suppliers say
The home page carries reviews from couples and from suppliers. Maria and Samuel met Patricia at the wedding fair in Zurich; they had been convinced they did not need a planner, changed their minds after talking to her, and two months after the wedding wrote that the preparation and the day itself were "einfach wahnsinnig entspannt" (simply incredibly relaxed). Daisy and Roli had chosen all their suppliers themselves and brought her in only toward the end. They write that she got on well with every supplier, wrote the running order exactly as they imagined it, and, when the sun came out at the last moment on an uncertain day, moved all the decoration and tables outside one hour before the aperitif so it could be held outdoors. They also mention that she always had her emergency kit with her. Janin and Colin met her at a wedding fair and credit her with ideas and improvements to their schedule and with a great deal of help on the day.
Suppliers add their view. Nadine Arnet of the naked Band found the organization transparent and the communication very good. Pascale Schurter of Schurter Events describes her as likeable and very competent. DJ Chälli writes that she kept him supplied with every document he needed and stayed calm in hectic moments, and saxophonist Philipp Gubelmann (Saxoconga), who played at a wedding she ran in Sargans, describes the same last-minute move of the aperitif outdoors.
The gallery lists nine couples by first name, among them two entries for Patricia and Leandro, one a summer wedding and one a winter wedding.
What the site leaves open
The site publishes one price, the CHF 490 strategy session, and nothing for the three packages. It does not say whether Patricia works in English, and every page, review and package description is in German, so the language of planning calls and of coordination on the day is the first question for an international couple. It gives no travel area, no travel costs, no lead time for booking and no deposit terms. It does not say how many weddings she takes per season or whether anyone assists her on larger days.
Booking and who it suits
Contact is by email to weddingmadewithlove@hotmail.com or by phone on +41 78 881 21 02, and the site has an appointment booking page. The practical route is either the paid strategy session or the non-binding introductory meeting.
The offer suits couples in Graubünden and eastern Switzerland who want a personal planner rather than an agency, and especially couples who have already chosen suppliers and want someone to run the day, which is what both Daisy and Roli's review and the Essential Coordination package describe. The strategy session suits couples who are stuck and want a professional view without committing to a package. The caveats for couples from abroad are that everything is published in German and that package prices only come out in conversation. Because Patricia works on her own, couples get continuity with one person, and her availability on their date is the thing to confirm early.
