NAIFF

Tap a star to rate

NAIFF is a wedding videography studio that works mainly in Lombardy and in Ticino, filming weddings, destination weddings and events on both sides of the Italian-Swiss border. Its pages sign off with "Italy | Switzerland" and the company name PAZART Sagl, and the studio says it has more than 15 years in the wedding sector and more than 400 weddings in Italy and abroad behind it. The site title lists Lombardy, Piedmont, Ticino and Como, and a line of keywords on the homepage names Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, Varese, Lugano and Milan.

Where it works

The Varese page answers the question directly. NAIFF says it operates mainly in Lombardy and Ticino, as a videographer for Varese, Como, Milan and Lugano, that it works often in other parts of northern Italy and other Italian regions, and that it travels abroad on request. For a couple marrying in Ticino, that makes Lugano part of its home ground rather than a trip. For a wedding elsewhere in Switzerland, the portfolio includes a film titled Wedding in Zermatt, listed as a destination wedding with a short version and a trailer, though the site gives no further detail about that day.

What it offers

The studio describes a range from a spontaneous reportage style, which lets the day's best moments be caught naturally with attention to real emotion, to fully cinematic, personalized wedding films that combine storytelling, visual beauty and film technique. It says its wedding packages are designed to fit different needs and that it offers packages for every budget without compromising on quality.

On equipment, the Varese page promises latest-generation gear, including drones and 4K cameras, and a non-invasive service that records every moment without interrupting the atmosphere. The films are meant to work both for sharing on social media and for keeping as an auteur film. The Milan page adds short video reels for Instagram alongside the traditional wedding film, and says the studio delivers quickly without cutting quality, though it gives no delivery time.

The portfolio sorts its films into long versions, short versions, trailers and destination weddings, so couples can see what each format looks like before asking which one fits.

How it describes its approach

The homepage is written in Italian and leans heavily on emotion. Its opening line is "Un'immagine può catturare un'istante, ma un video racconta un'emozione" (an image can hold an instant, but a video tells an emotion). The studio says that before it films anything it wants to listen, to understand who the couple are and what they want to remember, and that its goal is for each couple to see their own story like a real auteur film. The Varese page speaks of an empathetic team that knows the importance of being present with discretion and sensitivity, and of natural storytelling without forced poses. The Milan page describes a team of videographers and editors who handle everything from the choice of music to the narrative.

Under the heading "Perché Scegliere Noi?" (why choose us), the homepage gives four reasons: years of wedding work that taught the team to recognize the important moments, attention to detail with every video personalized, up-to-date equipment and editing techniques, and passion and empathy in listening to what a couple wants. It is marketing copy, but it confirms where the studio puts its weight: on the edit and on getting to know the couple before the day, rather than on a fixed format. The Milan page also carries a short guide to four photo and video spots in the city, from the Duomo to the Navigli.

The portfolio

The homepage lists films from Lake Braies, Tuscany, Zermatt, Lucca, Lake Orta, Milan, Varese, Versilia and Prague. Several case pages give the details:

  • Lake Orta, Holly and Tom, 30 September 2019, at Hotel San Rocco, described as an English couple, with the Italian Wedding Company as planner. The page carries a trailer, a short version and a long version.
  • Milan, Serena and Farsesco, 2 June 2021, filmed at the Arco della Pace in the period after the pandemic.
  • Versilia, Selina and Lorenzo, 21 September 2019, at Villa Gray in Forte dei Marmi.
  • Prague, Bianca and Tianyu, 17 July 2019, at Chateau Mcely, described as a young Chinese couple.

Each case page credits the other suppliers, such as the planner, photographer and florist. For a couple from abroad, the Orta and Prague films are the most relevant: both are international couples marrying away from home.

Background

NAIFF was created by Simone Pazienza and his company PAZART, which the site presents as a video production studio. The listed recognitions are a Microsoft testimonial in 2015, the short film "I passi per la vita" presented at the Venice International Film Festival in 2019, a win at the international VERTICAL MOVIE Festival in Rome with "BRUISES AND FLOWERS" in 2019, and a Mediastars technical advertising award for best video editing in 2024. The site also names collaborations with public figures and brands. None of that is wedding work, but it explains the studio's emphasis on editing and cinematic technique.

What the site does not settle

The site publishes no prices and no package contents; it asks couples to request a quote (Richiedi un preventivo) and gives info@naiffstudio.com and a mobile number, +39 349 59 07 259. It does not say how many hours of coverage a package includes, how many videographers attend, or how long delivery takes. Travel costs for a wedding outside Lombardy and Ticino are not stated either.

The pages are written in Italian, with English film titles. The site does not say which languages the team speaks, so a couple from abroad should ask whether planning calls can run in English, and whether German or French is possible for a wedding north of the Alps. Drone use at a Swiss venue is another question to put to the studio, since the site mentions drones without describing how flights are arranged.

Who it suits

NAIFF is a natural fit for couples marrying in Ticino or around the northern Italian lakes, especially those who want a cinematic, carefully edited film and have seen the studio's style in its long versions. Its portfolio of English and international couples is reassuring for a destination wedding. It is a less obvious fit for couples who need an English-language booking process from the first click or fixed published prices, and for weddings far from Ticino, where travel terms have to be agreed first.
