Unique Moment

Unique Moment is a wedding videography business based in Montreux, run by a videographer named Florian and signed as "Unique Moment par CreaVision." Its site, written in French with the line "We speak English" in the footer, presents it as a wedding videographer for French-speaking Switzerland, and the page title names Montreux, Lausanne and Geneva. It publishes 3 packages, a starting price of CHF 2'400 and clear answers to the questions couples ask most.
How they film
The homepage sets out four principles. The first is emotion: the team says it is constantly looking for the small moments that make the difference in a video, such as a look or a spontaneous moment during the ceremony. The second is discretion: a filming technique built on minimalist equipment that lets them blend in among the guests. They dress soberly, and in keeping with the theme of the wedding, and put everyone at ease before they start filming. The third is a made-to-measure approach, listening to the couple's wishes and adapting the work to reflect their day. The fourth is fast delivery.
Asked in the FAQ whether the style of the video can follow the couple's preferences, the answer is "Absolument !" (absolutely): every wedding is unique, and the team says it does everything it can to make the video reflect the couple's personal style and the mood of the day.
Further down, the site adds attention to detail, so that no moment is too small to be caught, and smooth communication, with regular exchanges and quick updates so couples stay involved without extra stress.
The 3 packages
The packages page opens with "Nos prix commencent à CHF 2'400.-" (our prices start at CHF 2'400). All 3 packages include a couple shoot, a recording of the vows, drone footage "selon conditions" (depending on conditions), a free first call with no commitment, and the option to pay in installments ("Paiement échelonné possible").
- Silver: about 3 hours of filming, from the ceremony to the aperitif, with a final video of about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Gold: filming from the preparations to the start of dinner, with a final video of about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Diamond: filming from the preparations to the first dance, with a final video of about 4 to 6 minutes, a video of the full ceremony, and a vertical mini video of 1 minute for social media.
For a couple with family abroad, the Diamond package's full ceremony video is the one that lets relatives who could not travel see the vows from start to finish rather than in a short edit.
Options can be added to any package: a second videographer, a longer or shorter filming time, faster editing, or other special requests. The FAQ explains that prices depend on the filming time, the services requested (drone, second videographer, photographer), the complexity of the post-production and the couple's preferences.
Delivery
The FAQ says delivery depends on the length of film the couple chose, but that on average it takes around 20 working days to receive the final video. That time covers choosing the best scenes, color grading, voice and music processing, and the creative concept of the video. Couples who find that too long can pay a supplement for faster delivery.
Travel, drone and photography
Although based in Montreux, the team says it is ready to travel throughout Switzerland and even abroad. On the drone, the FAQ names the weather first, then the wedding location: some places are no-fly zones, near airports for example. Florian adds that he holds the drone permit that he says has been mandatory in Switzerland and the EU since 2023.
Unique Moment specializes in video only, but the FAQ says that since this year Florian offers a video and photographer service in partnership with well-known photographers from the region. The photos on the site itself are credited to Samyang Photographie.
Booking and changes
The FAQ is direct about timing: "Chaque année, j'ai des dates réservées entre 1 an et 2 ans à l'avance" (every year I have dates booked 1 to 2 years ahead), so couples should get in touch as early as possible. For a couple planning a wedding from abroad a year or more out, that is the most important line on the page.
On postponement or cancellation, the site asks couples to let them know as early as possible and says the team will do its best to accommodate a date change or discuss cancellation options. It does not publish fixed cancellation terms.
What couples say
The site says dozens of couples have relived their day thanks to Florian and Unique Moment, and it shows a video of Sophie and Raphaël reacting to their wedding film, from their wedding on 1 July 2023. Short reviews follow. Maria and Jessy write "Tout simplement exceptionnel !" (simply exceptional). Eva and Cédric write "Un boulot de dingue!" (an insane job). Tam and Tim say that they expected a beautiful result but that "ça dépasse ce qu'on imaginait!" (it goes beyond what we imagined), and thank him for a lasting memory of the day. Nicky and Teo and Camille and Thomas add brief thanks.
Contact
The contact details are florian@crea-vision.ch and +41 79 576 20 70. Each package has a button to register interest, and the first call is free and without commitment.
What the site does not settle
Only the starting price is published; the Gold and Diamond packages carry no price, so a couple needs a quote to compare them. The site does not say how many videographers attend a standard booking (a second one is listed as an option), how travel outside the Montreux area is charged, or in what format and by what means the finished film is delivered. It states that English is spoken, but the rest of the site is in French.
Who it suits
Unique Moment suits couples marrying around Montreux, Lausanne and Geneva who want a discreet, emotional film with clear package contents, drone footage and the option to pay in installments. The English-speaking service and free first call make it easy to approach from abroad. The caveats are that only the entry price is published and that dates book up 1 to 2 years ahead.
