Benjamin, originally from southwest France and trained in hotel school and Michelin-starred kitchens, has run this Lausanne caterer since 2010. The cooking is seasonal and French in style, and the kitchen accommodates vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free menus. Formats stretch from savoury and sweet finger food at the apero through cocktail receptions to a full seated meal.
The team provides furniture, drinks and service staff, and there's no corkage fee if you bring your own wine. Service is based in Vaud, taking in Lausanne, Morges, Montreux, Vevey, Yverdon, Nyon and Rolle, and reaches into Geneva, Valais, Fribourg and Neuchatel.
