Le Tiguelet is a restaurant, pizzeria and catering business at Route du Centre 3 in 1782 Belfaux, in the Fribourg region. Its catering page, headed "Traiteur à Fribourg" with the line "notre cuisine chez vous" (our cooking at your place), offers catering for 10 to 300 people and publishes a full price list: apéro platters, a pick-and-mix standing dinner, a cold buffet and 30 set menus. The footer describes the house as "une cuisine simple et généreuse, un accueil à la fribourgeoise" (simple, generous cooking and a Fribourg-style welcome).
What the catering covers
The opening paragraph lists what the team can supply: snacks for the apéritif, hot or cold starters, main courses, a cheese buffet, a dessert buffet, biscuits with coffee, drinks, and service "assuré par un personnel compétent" (provided by competent staff). Dishes from the restaurant menu, including its Malakoffs, homemade pizzas and tartare, can be adapted for events. The site links to an article on the Malakoff, which it calls one of the house specialties.
The wedding question has its own FAQ answer: "Absolument. Apéritifs, cocktails dînatoires, buffets, menus servis à table, nous concevons chaque mariage sur mesure avec vous" (absolutely: apéritifs, standing dinners, buffets, served menus, we design each wedding to measure with you).

Practical terms
The FAQ gives the rest:
- Diets: vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies and religious preferences can be accommodated; the page asks for them to be flagged when requesting the quote.
- Chef at home: a chef can come to cook and serve at the client's place in the Fribourg region, "comme au restaurant" (as in the restaurant).
- Delivery: to Fribourg, Belfaux, the Sarine district and surrounding communes, with delivery charged on quote according to distance and volume.
- Quotes: a reply within 48 hours. To ask for one, send an email to skacorov@gmail.com or call 026 475 11 11 with the number of guests, the date and the kind of service wanted.
- Lead time: at least 2 to 3 weeks for an event, and more for weddings.
The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 23:00 and on Sunday from 07:00 to 18:00.
What the site leaves open
The page gives prices for the food but not for staff, except to say that the cold buffet price excludes drinks and service. Couples should ask what service costs for a served menu, whether tableware and linen are supplied, and what a wedding lead time "davantage" (longer) actually means. The site states no deposit or cancellation terms. It is published in French only and says nothing about English. It also does not say how far beyond the Fribourg region the team will travel for a wedding.
Who it suits
Le Tiguelet suits couples marrying in or around Fribourg who want to budget from real prices before the first call. With 30 set menus, 4 apéro platters and itemized buffets, a couple can sketch a wedding meal on paper, then ask for a quote. The range runs, in the site's words, from bistro fare to a gastronomic table, with the upper menus reaching foie gras, scallops and beef Rossini.
The caveats are the French-only site, the unpublished service costs, and a delivery area that the page defines around Fribourg, so a couple marrying further away should confirm first.
