DeineFotobox rents photo booths for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and company events, and has done so since 2015. Its booths use a DSLR camera, a studio flash and a touchscreen, and the service runs from delivery to pickup: the company brings the booth to the venue on the day, sets it up, and takes it away again after the party. The site is in German, the business trades as DeineFotobox GmbH, and several customer reviews name Philippe as the person who delivers and looks after the booth.
The equipment
The homepage lists the technology in one line: "DSLR-Kamera, Studio-Blitz, Touchscreen" (DSLR camera, studio flash, touchscreen). That combination matters more than it sounds. A proper camera and a flash give well-lit, sharp pictures in a dim reception room, and the reviews on the page return to it again and again, praising the image quality, the lighting of the photos and the speed of the prints. One reviewer describes a print "in TOP Qualität und super schnell" (in top quality and very fast).
Guests are not limited to still photos. The page says the pictures, GIFs or boomerangs are available immediately. According to the reviews, guests can take a print home and also download photos to their phone on the spot with a QR code, and couples receive all the photos afterward. One review mentions a Deluxe box with an additional iPad at the back, so the booth frees up quickly for the next group while others scan or print their photos from the tablet. Another mentions plenty of funny accessories and costume options, and a third mentions prints carrying a logo, which for a wedding means your names or monogram.
Four booth models
The site presents four booths:
Box in the Box is the compact version for small parties and venues short on space. The page says it offers the same easy operation and image quality as the larger models, and one reviewer who rented it for a birthday says the whole thing comes in one handy box and was ready in a few minutes.
Der Klassiker (the classic) is the all-round option for weddings, birthdays and company parties, described as versatile, reliable and producing very sharp pictures in any situation.
Die Grosse (the big one) is built for events with many guests. The site calls it particularly robust with plenty of room for group photos, and pitches it at large company parties, trade fairs and festivals.
Die Verspiegelte (the mirrored one) is the eye-catcher, aimed at exclusive events, pairing a stylish design with the same technology for what the page calls a special wow effect.
A "Boxen vergleichen" (compare the boxes) link leads to a page comparing prices and features, and there is a separate Extras page. Neither of those pages is part of what we read, so we cannot quote a price.
How the day works
The site sets out four steps. First, book a date through the online booking tool, which the page says takes a few clicks and fixes the date immediately. Second, on the day of the event DeineFotobox delivers the booth straight to the venue and sets it up professionally. Third, once the party starts, guests pose, laugh and experiment, and the pictures are available at once. Fourth, after the party the company dismantles the booth and takes it away, with no extra effort for the hosts. The company's own line for this is "Du feierst, wir kümmern uns um den Rest" (you celebrate, we take care of the rest).
Reviews from wedding couples back up that part of the offer. They mention on-time delivery and setup, smooth installation and pickup at the wedding, support both before and after the event, and friendly, quick replies.
Reviews and track record
The homepage carries a long list of customer reviews, from weddings, birthdays, team outings and larger events. Several are from weddings: one couple calls the booth the highlight of their wedding party, another says the service was exemplary before and after the day, and a guest who gave the booth to a bridal couple as a present says the whole wedding party had great fun with it and singles out the combination of instant prints and phone downloads. The booth has also worked at larger gatherings: one review describes it as a crowd puller at the cantonal wrestling festival (Schwingfest) in Pratteln in 2024. That is the only place name the page gives.
The site splits its customers into two groups. For private clients it names weddings, birthdays and anniversaries, and describes the booth as something that brings guests together. For businesses it names trade fairs, company parties and promotions, where the booth is meant to create interaction and strengthen a brand. An "Impressionen" (impressions) section collects photos taken in the booths at real events, which is the quickest way to judge the look of the prints before asking for a quote.
What the site does not settle
The homepage publishes no prices, so the cost of each box, of the extras and of delivery has to come from the comparison page or a quote. The page does not name a home base or a service area, which is the first thing to ask if your venue is far away or up a mountain. It does not say whether someone stays with the booth during the party or whether it runs on its own once set up, how much floor space and power it needs, or whether it can stand outdoors. The site is in German only and says nothing about English, so a couple who does not read German should write in English and see how the reply comes back.

Who it suits
DeineFotobox suits couples who care about picture quality and want the whole thing handled for them: delivery, setup and pickup are part of the service, and the DSLR and studio flash are exactly what the many reviews praise. The four models make it easy to match the booth to the room, from the compact Box in the Box for a small restaurant wedding to the mirrored booth for a formal evening. The caveats are that prices and the service area both have to be asked for, and that the whole site is in German.
