itm Travel AG
Tap a star to rate
itm Travel AG is an independent travel agency in central Switzerland, with a contact address in Sursee and a second office in Willisau that trades as Bolliger Reisen; its homepage headline reads "Reisebüro Luzern | Sursee | Willisau". Honeymoons are one of the specialties it names outright, with a dedicated menu for Mauritius, the Maldives, the Seychelles and Dubai and, in the agency's words, "speziellen Rabatten für Brautpaare", special discounts for bridal couples.
What the agency says about itself
The "Unser Reise Know-how" section is short and specific. The agency's travel specialists, it says, know from long experience the most beautiful destinations for holidays and the most attractive fares for business travel. "Als unabhängiges Reiseunternehmen" (as an independent travel company), it concentrates on neutral, competent travel advice and on selling trips from well-known tour operators worldwide.
It then names its further specialties: honeymoons with special discounts for bridal couples, and tailor-made trips ("massgeschneiderten Reisen") to Mauritius, La Réunion, Dubai, the Maldives, Thailand and other countries in Southeast Asia. Its trained staff, the page says, have "Sinn für das Aussergewöhnliche" (a sense for the extraordinary) and offer "echte Geheimtips aus erster Hand" (real insider tips at first hand). The section ends with "Reisen ist unsere Leidenschaft!", travel is our passion.
For a honeymoon, that combination is the useful part. The Indian Ocean destinations that many couples choose for a beach honeymoon are exactly the ones the agency calls its specialties, and bridal discounts are mentioned in the same sentence.
The honeymoon menu
Under "Hochzeitsreisen" (honeymoons) the navigation lists four entries: Flitterwochen Mauritius, Flitterwochen Malediven, Flitterwochen Seychellen and Flitterwochen Dubai. Separate links in the destinations section lead to travel offers for the Maldives, Dubai, the Seychelles and Mauritius. The homepage itself does not describe what the honeymoon entries contain, so their length, hotels and inclusions sit on those pages or come with a quote.
The destinations menu is grouped by region: Indian Ocean, Orient and Arabia, Asia and Africa. That grouping matches the specialties in the text and gives a sense of where the agency's advisors spend their time.
Current offers and what they show about price
The homepage carries a block of current offers, each with a hotel, a flight from Zurich and a starting price per person. They are not labeled as honeymoons, but two of them are honeymoon destinations and give a reader from abroad a sense of Swiss price levels:
- Maldives, 12 days at the Vilamendhoo Island Resort (4 stars) with Swiss, from CHF 3164.00 per person with full board.
- Mauritius, 14 days at the Dinarobin Resort & Spa (5 stars) with Emirates, from CHF 2925.00 per person with breakfast.
- Dubai, 7 days at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah (5 stars) with Emirates, from CHF 2420 per person with breakfast.
The other offers run from Mallorca, 7 days at the Hipotels Hipocampo with half board from CHF 770.00, through a 12-day Italy tour from CHF 975, Rhodes all-inclusive from 1124, Punta Cana 10 days all-inclusive from 2276, and Hurghada 7 days all-inclusive from CHF 2360, to a 13-day California fly-drive from 2954 per person.
The page says these suggestions can be adapted to your wishes. If you want another date, a different hotel or another airline, you can change the trip directly online, save your itinerary and revise it later, then either book online or contact the agency.
Every offer with a named flight departs from Zurich, on Swiss, Emirates or ITA Airways depending on the trip, and every price is a starting figure ("ab", from) rather than a fixed rate. For a couple who lives in Switzerland that is the natural departure point. A couple still based abroad, or one flying out straight after a wedding in another part of the country, should say so at the quote stage, since none of the published offers shows a different departure airport.
Ways to book
The agency offers both routes. Its internet booking portals, available "rund um die Uhr" (around the clock), cover flights, beach holidays, city trips, rental cars, hotels, holiday apartments, language travel and health and wellness trips. For personal advice, the "Service & Infos" menu has a quote request (Offertenanfrage) and a consultation appointment (Beratungstermin), and the phone number +41 (0)41 280 9000 is shown at the top of the page under "Persönliche Beratung".
The contact block gives two addresses. itm Travel AG is at Josef-Müller-Weg 6, CH-6210 Sursee, phone +41 (0)41 280 9000. itm Travel AG / Bolliger Reisen is at Hauptgasse 19, CH-6130 Willisau, phone +41 (0)41 970 3344. Email goes to booking@itm-travel.ch. The about menu has pages for the Sursee and Luzern office and the Willisau office.
The same menu lists travel vouchers (Reisegutscheine), a newsletter, a jobs page and the terms and conditions.
Beyond honeymoons
The agency also sells city trips, beach holidays, language stays, cruises, group travel and business travel. A new program of group and culture trips for 2026 and 2027 covers Mallorca and Menorca, Catalonia, Andalusia, Lapland, Finland, Norway, northern lights in Tromsø and two Iceland tours. That is of little use for the honeymoon itself, but it shows a working general agency behind the honeymoon menu.
What the site leaves open
The homepage does not say how large the bridal discount is, which trips it applies to, or what proof or timing is required. It does not describe the contents of the four honeymoon entries. It gives no opening hours for either office and no street address for Lucerne. It says nothing about travel support during the trip or an emergency number outside office hours. It does not say whether travel vouchers can be used as a wedding gift toward a specific honeymoon.
The site is in German only and does not say which languages the advisors speak. A couple who does not read German can still use the booking portals, but for the bridal discount and a tailored honeymoon they will need a conversation, and should ask about language when they request a quote.
Who it suits
itm Travel suits couples living in central Switzerland who want a local, independent agency and a beach honeymoon in the Indian Ocean or Dubai, where the agency's own specialties and its bridal discount meet. The published offers are a practical benchmark for budgeting. It suits couples less if they need an English-language site, published honeymoon package details, or a stated support line during travel.
