Swiss Vibes

Swiss Vibes is a travel agency and concierge service registered at Grünaustrasse 8 in Wädenswil, which sells "Premium group & custom trips from Zurich". It describes itself as "ein Schweizer Reisebüro und Concierge-Service für massgeschneiderte Luxus- und Erlebnisreisen weltweit" (a Swiss travel agency and concierge service for tailor-made luxury and experience trips worldwide), and honeymoon is one of the travel types it plans, with a free first consultation and trip draft.

Honeymoons as one of several travel types

The site's menu sorts trips by activity, by style and by occasion. Under "Occasion · why & who with" the first entry is Honeymoon, followed by Family, Bachelor Trips, Corporate, Women Only and Halal Travel. The footer lists Honeymoon again among its travel types with the line "Each travel type is its own world, with its own planning, routes & look". A collection called "Once in a Lifetime" sits alongside.

The homepage does not describe a honeymoon package. What it does set out is the two ways the agency works, and for a couple the second is the relevant one:

• Group Trips: "Hand-picked small groups, fixed dates, every detail planned", with a maximum of 24 people, guided and fully planned, on fixed departure dates.
• Custom Trips: "Your trip, your pace, your budget, designed just for you by Swiss travel designers", fully tailor-made, private and flexible.

A honeymoon would normally be a custom trip, although a couple who likes company could also join one of the group departures.

The "Your trip in 4 steps" section is short. First, get in touch and tell the agency about your dream trip, "no strings attached, two minutes tops". Second, your personal travel designers craft a tailor-made route. Third, final touches, fine-tuning every detail. Fourth, you travel while the agency handles everything else behind the scenes.

The cost of starting is spelled out. In German: "Erstgespräch und dein persönlicher Reiseentwurf kosten nichts, unverbindlich, bevor du dich entscheidest" (the first conversation and your personal trip draft cost nothing, without obligation, before you decide). The English version says "Free first consultation, and your travel draft on the house." The homepage line "Consultation, trip design, departure, all from one hand, all from Switzerland" sums up the model.

Where it can send a couple

The destinations menu counts countries by region: Europe 25, Africa 9, Asia 4, the Caribbean 10 and the Middle East 5. Three featured blocks give the flavor. "Warm Escapes" points to the Caribbean, Mexico and the Indian Ocean, "sunshine while the fog sits at home", pictured with Tulum. "New Worlds" suggests AlUla, the Red Sea and Qatar, "destinations not yet in every feed". "Home Advantage" covers the Swiss mountains, "St. Moritz to Zermatt", for winter.

Themes include adventure, nature, safari and wildlife, wellness and spa, road trips, winter and ski, golf, diving, culture and cuisine, relax and beach, island dreams, luxury travel, city breaks and travel by train, 22 themes in all. The travel magazine on the homepage has pieces on San Marino, Port Antonio in Jamaica and the Red Sea's islands and reefs.

Group trips and published prices

The group-trip carousel lists upcoming departures from Zurich: a Founders Weekend in Belgrade (25 to 27 September 2026), a Genuss (food and drink) weekend in Budapest (29 October to 1 November 2026), a Winter Party Edition in Belgrade, New Year's Eve in Lisbon (30 December 2026 to 3 January 2027), a ski and fondue weekend in Davos (29 to 31 January 2027) and Cancún and Cozumel in Mexico (27 February to 11 March 2027). Starting prices on the cards run from CHF 445 to CHF 2'990. The cards do not spell out what each price includes, so couples should check inclusions for any trip that interests them.

These are not honeymoon trips, and the party-weekend flavor of several of them is aimed at a different traveler. Their value to a couple is as a sense of the agency's price level and of the kind of trips it runs.

The team and how to reach it

The site names its people. Colin Reid is founder and "Vibes Creator", described as the face of the group trips, from Jamaica through Mexico to Spain, who leads groups as host. Kitti (Switzerland and Thailand) and Debi (Italy) are also Vibes Creators, and Arjeta, Ruth and Steven are travel designers. The agency's promise, in German on the homepage, is "Echte Menschen planen deine Reise, kein Algorithmus, keine Massenware" (real people plan your trip, no algorithm, no mass product), and it calls itself "Persönlich erreichbar, lokal verankert, keine anonyme Buchungsplattform" (personally reachable, locally rooted, not an anonymous booking platform).

The site shows a 5.0 out of 5 Google rating from 9 reviews and links to all of them, "ungefiltert" (unfiltered). Quoted reviews mention trips to Malta that were "very well planned from start to finish" and "perfectly organised".

Language

The site has a German and an English version (de and en), and the English homepage is the one linked here. Some headings and blocks on the English page still appear in German, but the core sections, from the four planning steps to the group and custom trip descriptions, are in English. For a couple from abroad, that is a useful starting point.

Extras and what the page leaves open

The footer lists travel insurance, a gift voucher, a membership with perks and upgrades, a loyalty program, a refer-a-friend scheme, community events, an FAQ, and pages for terms and for cancellation and withdrawal. The homepage does not explain any of these in detail, and it publishes no prices for custom trips, no honeymoon-specific offer, no opening hours and no booking lead time. Couples who want the gift voucher to act as a honeymoon contribution from guests should ask how it works; the page does not say.

Who it suits

Swiss Vibes suits couples who want a personal travel designer, an English-language website and a free first draft before they commit, and who are open to destinations beyond the usual beach resorts, from the Red Sea to Jamaica. It suits couples less if they want a ready-made honeymoon package with a price attached on the page.
