Easytent AG

Easytent AG is a tent rental company that calls itself "Deine Zeltvermietung" (your tent rental) and runs its catalog as an online shop, with a price on most products. It rents canvas silhouette tents, stretch tents, party tents, festival tents, peaked-roof tents, folding pavilions, wooden pavilions and a larger wooden structure it calls the Event Chalet, plus furniture, flooring and lighting. Its product pages promise "Schweizweite Lieferung" (delivery throughout Switzerland), and its about page names the romantic wedding first among the events it serves. Several of the customer reviews it shows are from weddings, including a free ceremony.

The range

The homepage introduces the main lines with one line each: elegance and luxury under high-quality sailcloth for the silhouette tents, "Authentische Zelte im Beduin Stil" (authentic Bedouin-style tents) for the stretch tents, the classic tents for all kinds of events, and the Event Chalet, which "Bieten Sie Ihren Gästen das gewisse Extra" (gives your guests that certain something). The product catalog lists the categories with their number of items: Event Chalet (3), Faltpavillon (3), Festzelt (6), Glamping (1), Partyzelt (20), Segeltuch Zelt (8), Stretch Zelt (4), Wood Pavillon (2) and accessories (7).

Segeltuch Zelt (sailcloth silhouette tents). Sizes in the catalog run from 8x13 m through 10x16 m, 10x22 m and 10x28 m to 14x26 m, 14x32 m, 20x26 m and 20x32 m. A "Silhouette Sternenhimmel" (starry sky) is listed as an extra.

Stretch Zelt. Four sizes, listed by area: 75 m², 120 m², 150 m² and 200 m².

Partyzelt. A 6 m wide and an 8 m wide range in lengths up to 30 m, and a "Mini" series that the about page says goes up quickly without tools and gives shade and shelter in any weather.

Festzelt. A 10 m wide range from 10x10 m to 10x30 m and a 13 m wide range, including two club-event versions listed as "Vereinsanlass bis 500 Gäste" and "Vereinsanlass bis 1'000 Gäste" (club event up to 500 or 1,000 guests).

Wood Pavilion and Event Chalet. Wooden pavilions of 5x5 m and 6x6 m, a Glamping Wood Pavilion of 100 m², and the Event Chalet in three sizes: 16x15 m (240 m²), 16x18 m (288 m²) and 16x21 m (336 m²). The Event Chalet page describes a "Hochwertige Holzkonstruktion im einzigartigen Design" (high-quality timber construction with a distinctive design).

Prices the shop shows

Most products carry a price in the shop, displayed with a dollar sign; the site does not state the currency or the rental period next to them. Examples from the pages shown here:

• Faltpavillon 3.0x4.5 m: 190.00; 3.0x6.0 m: 220.00
• Partyzelt 6M, 6x3 m: 470.00; Partyzelt 8M, 8x3 m: 570.00
• Festzelt 10M, 10x10 m: 940.00; Festzelt 13M, 13x10 m: 1,625.00
• Segeltuch Silhouette 8x13 m: 2,180.00; 10x16 m: 3,290.00; 10x22 m: 4,190.00
• Stretchzelt 7M (75 m²): 990.00; 12M (120 m²): 1,790.00
• Silhouette Sternenhimmel: 680.00
• Gas heater "Pyramide": 119.00
• larch wood flooring ("Holzboden Lärchenholz"): 9.80; wooden chair "Country": 12.90; round table 150 cm: 25.00; standing table from 19.00; string lights: 199.00

The Event Chalet is listed at 0.00 with an "unverbindlich anfragen" (inquire without obligation) button, which means it is quoted on request. For a wedding budget, the useful point is that the shop gives a starting figure for most tents and extras, but a couple must confirm the currency, what the price covers (a day, a weekend, delivery, setup) and what is added for transport.

Service

The about page lists four reasons to choose Easytent: premium quality (materials it says protect the event in any weather), versatility, complete service and customer satisfaction. On service, it says: "Von der Lieferung bis zum Aufbau stehen wir dir zur Seite und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf" (from delivery to setup we are at your side and ensure things run smoothly). The reviews back this up: several mention delivery and collection on time, professional setup and takedown, and one corporate client writes that a difficult site was solved perfectly.

What customers say

The Event Chalet page shows ten Google reviews, all five stars. Three are from weddings. Müller Severin writes of a silhouette tent: "Das Silhouettenzelt sorgte für eine Unvergessliche Hochzeit mit perfektem Ambiente" (the silhouette tent made for a wedding to remember, with a perfect atmosphere). Kevin Wiedmer, who rented a stretch tent, says the location was perfectly rounded off and the service very good. Jessica Degen used a small silhouette tent for a free ceremony ("freie Trauung") and praises the tent and the service. Other reviewers describe fast setup and flexibility with last-minute changes, fair prices and good support with setup and takedown, and one names Arthur Adam as their contact.

Contact

The product pages give a consultation number, 041 675 16 16. The contact form asks for a name, email and message, and the site asks for the date, location and number of guests so it can prepare a personalized quote. Anyone who prefers a phone consultation can write the time they want to be called back and the number to reach them on. The site is in German; one review ends in English, but the site says nothing about the language of service.

What the pages do not settle

The shop does not state the currency or the rental period next to its prices, or whether delivery, setup and takedown are included in them. It gives guest numbers only for the two club-event festival tents; for the silhouette tents, stretch tents and Event Chalet, a couple has to ask how many guests fit at tables. There is no delivery price for a distant venue, and no lead time, deposit or cancellation terms on the pages shown here (the footer links to the AGB). The site does not name a head office address on these pages.

Who this suits

Easytent suits a couple who wants to see a range of tent styles and rough prices before making contact, and who is drawn to the more designed options: a sailcloth silhouette tent, a stretch tent or a timber Event Chalet. The wedding reviews, including a free ceremony under a silhouette tent, show the company doing exactly this kind of event, and the stated delivery across Switzerland means the venue's location is a question of cost rather than refusal.

The caveats: the shop prices need confirming (currency, period, what is included), capacities for most tents have to be asked for, and the site is in German. For a couple planning from abroad, the callback option and the request for date, location and guest count make the first contact straightforward.
