SwissBooth rents a photo booth called Woody, which it designs itself and describes as Swiss Made, across French-speaking Switzerland. The price is published: CHF 499 including VAT for 24 hours, with a professional Canon camera, a DNP printer and 400 prints, and the booth is collected free from one of two points in the canton of Vaud. The company behind it is Diginnova Sàrl, and the site is published in French and English.

What the rental includes

The English home page and its FAQ set out the offer plainly. For CHF 499 including VAT the couple gets the Woody booth for 24 hours with:

• professional Canon equipment and a DNP printer
• 400 prints in 10x15 cm format, with unlimited prints possible
• a touchscreen that the page calls intuitive and usable by all ages without assistance
• a custom photo design for the event: the couple chooses the frame (colors, text, logo) and SwissBooth handles the graphic design, included in the price
• all the digital photos in high resolution after the rental, which the couple keeps full control of

An extra day costs CHF 363 including VAT. The home page also says the back of the booth can be personalized, and the FAQ adds that additional prints are available on request. The footer lists pages for delivery packages and printer rental, but the home page does not give their contents or prices.

For a wedding guest book, the French FAQ has a practical tip. SwissBooth does not supply a guest book as such, but its three-photo strip format, in the style of a classic photomaton, works well for one: each guest takes one print home and can stick a second copy into the couple's guest book with a note. Because the print design follows the wedding's colors, the guest book effect is immediate.

Pickup, delivery and setup

The price assumes the couple collects the booth. Pickup is free at two collection points, Lussy-sur-Morges or Aubonne, and home delivery starts at CHF 200 depending on the distance. The FAQ says delivery rates vary with distance but does not publish a per-kilometer rate.

Setup is designed for the couple or a helper. The FAQ says the booth goes up in less than 5 minutes without tools: place the structure, plug in the power and it is ready, with an installation guide supplied. During the event, the touchscreen needs no technical assistance.

The booth also works without the internet. The French FAQ says it is fully autonomous: photos are taken, processed and printed locally, even at a venue with no network, and it names a mountain hut, a mayen, a high-altitude chalet or an isolated hall. If the couple wants guests to download photos by QR code, receive them by email or share them instantly, a very good Wi-Fi connection is needed on site. For a mountain wedding in Valais that is a useful distinction: prints work anywhere, instant sharing depends on the venue's network.

Where it goes

The home page lists Lausanne, Nyon, Morges, Montreux, Vevey, Yverdon, Renens, Pully, Aigle and La Côte, and says the booth is also available in Geneva, Valais, Fribourg and Neuchâtel on a personalized quote. The FAQ describes the area as all of French-speaking Switzerland: Vaud, Geneva, Valais, Fribourg and Neuchâtel.

Who has used it

The home page shows a 5/5 rating from more than 70 Google reviews and a list of clients: Nestlé, the Geneva Red Cross, HEC, Piaget, Raiffeisen, Hoval SA, the towns of Nyon and Gland, the Xtreme de Verbier, the Swiss Canyon Trail, PlayDogs Run and LIV Management SA. The quoted reviews praise the photo quality and ease of use. Sandrine Rihs calls the follow-up by Oli and Mike perfect. David S. writes that after trying several photo booth companies, SwissBooth offers the best booths, easy to set up, with high-quality photos and the digital version too. Carmine Manganiello rented it for a friend's 60th birthday and calls it easy to set up and use, with impressive photo quality. Fanny Rumo says Mike and Oli were attentive and quick by message while preparing the frame design, which is the part of the process a couple from abroad will do remotely.

SwissBooth calls itself the reference for photo booth rental in Lausanne and throughout French-speaking Switzerland, promising professional quality at an accessible price. The French FAQ also clears up a word couples will meet on local sites: photomaton is the historic French term and photobooth the English one, and both now mean the same thing, an event photo booth, which the company says is of far higher quality than the old station booths.

The booth is offered for weddings, company events, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, baby showers and public events such as festivals.

Booking and contact

Booking happens online in a few clicks, with secure payment, or by quote for companies. Contact is by WhatsApp, by email at contact@swissbooth.ch or by phone on +41 77 901 41 14. The English version of the site makes the first contact easy for couples who do not write French, and the reviews show that design details are settled by message.

What the site leaves open

The home page does not state the price of extra prints beyond the 400 or of the printer rental, nor the delivery rate per kilometer beyond the CHF 200 starting point. It does not give a lead time for booking, a deposit or cancellation rules (terms and conditions are linked). It does not say how much floor space the booth needs. The rental is self-service: the page does not offer an attendant on the evening. And while the site is in English, it does not say which languages the team speaks, so couples should simply write in English and see.

Who it suits

SwissBooth suits couples marrying in Vaud, around Lake Geneva or elsewhere in French-speaking Switzerland who want a clear, published price and can collect a booth near Morges or Aubonne, or pay for delivery. The 24-hour rental covers a full wedding day, the extra day at CHF 363 covers a two-day celebration, and the offline operation makes it workable in a chalet or mountain hut. The caveats are the self-service setup and the delivery costs for venues far from Morges and Aubonne.
