XIV Events

Tap a star to rate

XIV Events rents photo booths for weddings, birthdays and company events in French-speaking Switzerland, with local pages for Neuchâtel, Lausanne, Fribourg and Biel (Bienne). Every formula saves the photos to a secure online gallery, and the company also lists a 360 videobooth, photography and cakes on its menu, with a quote form that lets a couple add decoration, a DJ and equipment to the same request.

The formulas and prices

The home page names three formulas, Digital, Printing and Infinity, and shows three starting prices: from CHF 270, from CHF 590 and from CHF 990.

The texts beside them explain what separates the formulas. The basic photo booth works without printing on site: all photos are saved automatically to a secure online gallery that is easy to reach during and after the event. The printing formula adds instant prints, so every guest leaves with a personalized photo within seconds. Infinity is described as the all-inclusive photo booth experience: unlimited prints so every guest leaves with a souvenir, plus a host and a technician on site for a smooth, carefree evening.

The city pages add a second price point. Each says the version without printing starts at CHF 290, and that company packages go up to CHF 1300 depending on options. Because the home page and the city pages give slightly different entry figures, and the home page does not print the formula name directly beside each price, couples should ask for a quote that names the formula, the price and what it includes.

For a wedding, the practical choice is between a digital booth, where guests find their photos in the online gallery, and a printing formula, where they also take a print home. Infinity is the only formula the site describes with staff present, a host and a technician, which matters for a couple who do not want a friend minding the booth all evening.

What every rental includes

The Neuchâtel page describes the service as a modern photo booth with or without printing, including installation, settings, personalization of the photo frame and the online gallery, adapted to each event, with what the page calls a flexible, professional and friendly service. The Lausanne, Fribourg and Biel pages say the booth is delivered ready to use with a personalized photo frame and a secure online gallery.

The same eight reasons appear on each city page: quick installation, sharp photo quality, an unlimited online gallery, a printing option, a simple interface, an elegant design, suitability for weddings and companies, and personal support. The Neuchâtel page adds that the booth is simple to use, discreet and good-looking, and suits a wedding by the lake, a party in a community hall or a company event.

Where it works

Each city page lists the places it serves:

  • Neuchâtel: Neuchâtel, Colombier, Peseux, Cortaillod, Auvernier, Saint-Blaise, Marin, Hauterive, Bôle and La Tène. The page says the team works regularly across the canton.
  • Lausanne: Lausanne, Renens, Crissier, Ecublens, Pully, Epalinges, Lutry and Bussigny.
  • Fribourg: Fribourg, Villars-sur-Glâne, Givisiez, Marly and Granges-Paccot.
  • Biel/Bienne: Biel, Nidau, Brügg, Ipsach, Port, Evilard, Orpund, Pieterlen and Safnern.

The Lausanne page says the team works regularly in the Lausanne region, with professional installation and a reliable service for every type of event, from weddings to university parties. The Biel page says the same of Biel, stressing simple installation, high reliability and an online gallery open to all participants. The home page title also mentions Jura. The site does not say whether travel outside these areas costs extra.

Reviews

Each city page quotes a client. On the Neuchâtel page, Elodie and Marc write: « Nous avons loué le photobooth pour notre mariage à Neuchâtel et nos invités ont adoré. Très simple, très efficace et super service » (we rented the photo booth for our wedding in Neuchâtel and our guests loved it; very simple, very effective and great service). On the Lausanne page, Anaïs and Laurent write that the photo booth really made the difference at their wedding. Damien, on the Fribourg page, calls it truly perfect and simple, and Julie, on the Biel page, praises it for a company event at the Tissot Arena in Biel.

Booking and other services

Quotes are requested through a form on the contact page, which asks for name, email, phone, the event date, the type of event (wedding, birthday, company or other) and a message. The form also lets the client tick the elements to include: decoration, DJ, cake, equipment, photo or video, photo booth and 360 videobooth. The contact page describes XIV Events as an event partner in Switzerland and offers a free quote. The email is contact@xivevents.ch. The site's footer shows the Swiss company number CHE-199.569.019.

For a couple organizing from abroad, the multi-service quote form is the interesting part: one request can cover the booth, a 360 videobooth, a DJ and a cake. The site does not say whether all of these come from XIV Events itself or from partners, so it is worth asking.

Language

The site offers German, English and French versions through its language menu, with French as the main language of the pages. It does not say which languages the team speaks at events, but an English version of the site makes a first contact in English straightforward.

What the site leaves open

Beyond the formula prices, the site does not say how long a rental lasts, how many prints the printing formula includes, how much space the booth needs or whether it can stand outdoors. It gives no booking lead time, deposit or cancellation rule, and does not say how long the online gallery stays available after the event. Travel costs outside the listed towns are not stated.

Who it suits

XIV Events suits couples marrying around Neuchâtel, Lausanne, Fribourg or Biel who want an online gallery for guests near and far, with or without prints, and who may want to book other elements such as a DJ or a 360 videobooth through the same contact. The Infinity formula, with a host and a technician present, is the one for a couple who want nobody from the wedding party minding the booth. The caveat is the pricing, which needs a written quote to tie each formula to its price and contents.
