Desserttraum is run by Yvonne Niederberger in Emmenbrücke near Lucerne, with a wedding range that covers naked cakes, fondant cakes and tiers finished with handmade sugar flowers, plus mini pastries and sweet tables to round out the dessert spread. Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives are available, which helps when guests have those diets to work around.
Tastings run at the atelier, and delivery covers the Lucerne area with longer trips quoted at the appointment. The studio also runs decorating courses. The website is in German.
