NYERS is Viktoria's vegan cake studio in Zurich, making raw cakes that are free of dairy, eggs, gluten, soy and preservatives and sweetened without heat treatment, which makes it a genuine option for couples working around several diets at once. Wedding cakes are built to the couple's design over a consultation, with a tasting beforehand. Viktoria worked for ten years in haute cuisine in Budapest before starting the studio.
The cake range covers flavours such as Ultimate Chocolate, Snickers, Pina Colada, Mocca-Walnut, Mango Cheesecake and Poppy Seed-Lemon, and the studio also does dessert tables, mono desserts and cupcakes. Home delivery covers Zurich and the surrounding area. The website is in English.
