Sophie's Sweet Company is run by Sophie from Lutry, near Lausanne, making custom wedding cakes and also serving the Neuchâtel and Fribourg areas. Sophie trained at the Peggy Porschen Academy in London, where she earned a Grand Diploma in cake design and sugarcraft, and she also teaches cooking and cake courses through Ecole Club Migros in Vaud and Neuchâtel.
