Renting

For rental, Tent Motion promises personal advice and fast delivery, setup and dismantling, a stress-free service, and solutions that create a stylish atmosphere matched to your ideas and your budget. It lists three points: personal advice for the best result, flexible sizes and variants for every occasion, and implementation from a single source ("Umsetzung aus einer Hand").

The three tent systems

Stretch tents. The stretch tents combine flexibility, an innovative look and high stability, and are built individually in sizes from 50 m² to 1,500 m². The site names festivals, weddings and trade fairs among their uses, as well as a weatherproof outdoor feature, and says they offer strong protection, architectural elegance and individual design. It describes them as quick to assemble, highly flexible and thought through in detail: "angepasst an Ihr Event, Ihr Gelände und Ihre Wünsche" (adapted to your event, your site and your wishes). Photo captions show anchoring with ground anchors and with concrete blocks, which matters for a lawn or a paved courtyard.

Octa and Hexa. The octagon tents are made of the same high-quality material as the stretch tents but are somewhat more closed and give extra protection. They are quick to set up, can be extended modularly and adapted individually, and the site says they are especially suited to the early, summer and late season.

Dome. The geodesic domes offer distinctive architecture and a modern event look. The site describes "Maximale Stabilität, futuristisches Design und flexible Nutzung" (maximum stability, futuristic design and flexible use), ideal for company events, weddings, trade fairs or private parties. Fully closable, the dome strengthens the welcoming atmosphere and, the site says, guarantees optimal weather protection even in the cold season. There are photos of a large and a small dome, but the site gives no dimensions.

For a wedding, the choice is between the open, sculptural look of a stretch tent, the extra shelter of an octagon, and a closed dome for a cooler season or an unusual look.

Planning, advice and setup

The planning section lists project planning, site measurement and 3D visualization. Advice is offered "Vor Ort oder ganz unkompliziert digital" (on site or, very simply, digitally), with planning using 3D visualization and renderings. Buying and service

Tent Motion also sells its stretch tents and domes, in the buyer's own colors and sizes, with 3D planning and complete support including an annual service. A service subscription covers assembly and dismantling, cleaning, repairs and storage between seasons. This is aimed at venues and businesses that want a permanent seasonal tent; a venue that already owns a Tent Motion structure may be worth asking about.

Who Tent Motion serves best

Tent Motion suits couples who want a contemporary structure rather than a classic marquee: a stretch tent sized to the site, an octagon for extra shelter in spring or autumn, or a closable dome. The 3D planning and digital advice make it workable for a couple planning from abroad, and the uploadable site photo speeds up the first quote.

It suits less well a couple who need one supplier for the tent, furniture, flooring and heating, or who want prices and guest capacities online. Ask early which extras come from Tent Motion and which you will need to source elsewhere.
