Events4Rent is an event rental company in Sirnach that supplies a mobile casino, a game park and decoration for company and private events, and it lists weddings among the private occasions it equips. The business trades as Event for Rent GmbH from Winterthurerstrasse 47, says it has been running since 2008, and delivers anywhere in Switzerland with setup, supervision and breakdown if you want them.
Three things to rent
The homepage sorts the range into three families. The event casino is the flagship: the site counts more than 40 casino tables, with Black Jack, Roulette, Poker, Texas Holdem and Baccara named on the front page. It comes in two lines. The inquiry form lists the Deluxe Line as Baccara, Blackjack, Chuck-a-Luck, a one-armed bandit, a token slot machine, an LED Vegas wheel of fortune, horse racing, Poker, Roulette and Yatzy. The Economy Line swaps Baccara and the horse racing game for Achter Dog and Seven Eleven and keeps most of the rest. Play is with chips only. The FAQ is explicit that no real money is staked and that the point is entertainment, which matters if your guest list includes people who would be uneasy about gambling at a wedding.
The second family is the Deluxe game park, with more than 30 games named on the homepage: darts, axe throwing, archery and Tetrix, plus XXL games, team games, themed backdrops (the form mentions zoo, Christmas and Western sets), disc golf, golf darts, table tennis, table football, go-karts, bingo and karaoke. Much of this is aimed at company team events, but it translates well to a long wedding afternoon when guests need something to do between the ceremony and dinner.
The third family is decoration and atmosphere. The homepage names table decoration, LED seating cubes and XXL decorative walls up to 8 meters wide and 2 meters high. The menu also carries a photo booth (listed as Fotobox) and an ambience section, and the inquiry form offers a light and sound concept as an add-on. There is a small Fun Food line too: a candy floss machine and a popcorn machine.
Personal touches for a wedding
A separate branding range lets you put your own mark on the kit. The site lists personalized playing cards, personalized tables and custom poker chips, and the form names five kinds of chip: promotional chips with a logo or slogan, individual poker chips, photo chips, invitation chips and voucher chips. For a wedding that could mean chips carrying your names or a photo, or invitation chips sent out ahead of the day. The form asks how many chips you need, in steps of 500, 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000, or more.
The homepage section on private events is short and direct in German: "Hochzeit, Geburtstag oder Motto-Party: Sorgenfrei zum perfekten Fest." (Wedding, birthday or theme party, a worry-free route to the perfect party.) It adds that the team takes over the whole event design, from stylish decoration to the Deluxe game park.
How booking works
Booking starts with a no-obligation inquiry through the contact form or directly by email or phone. The FAQ says a personal consultation follows and then an individual quote, matched to the occasion, the location and the number of guests. The form itself shows what they need to know: the kind of event, the planned date, the place, the number of people, whether it is indoors, outdoors or either, the add-ons you want (croupiers or game staff, moderation, photo booth, branding, decoration, light and sound) and a budget band. The bands run from under CHF 500 through CHF 500 to 1,000, CHF 1,000 to 3,000 and CHF 3,000 to 5,000, up to a top band above that. They are not prices, but they show the range of budgets the form is built around.
On prices the FAQ says they are shown transparently on the company's website, on a Preise page in the menu, and then adds that every event is planned individually. Rental length, scope, staffing, transport and personalization all feed into the final figure, so the quote is what counts.
The minimum rental is normally one event day, though the FAQ says shorter or multi-day hires are possible depending on the module and the logistics.
Delivery, space and staff
The FAQ answers the delivery question plainly: equipment goes anywhere in Switzerland, city, region or countryside, with setup, supervision and breakdown on request. Self-collection is possible for some modules depending on availability, but casino tables are delivered and set up only by the company's own team because of their size, weight and assembly work.
Space planning gets a rule of thumb. A casino table such as roulette or blackjack needs about 3 by 3 meters including room for players to move, and event games start at about 2 by 2 meters depending on the game. The company offers to help plan the room layout, which is worth taking up if you are fitting tables into a restaurant or barn that also has to hold dinner.
Many games can be hired without staff, but the FAQ recommends croupiers or game supervisors for casino events and the more complex modules, and axe throwing is only available together with the company's own staff. Google reviews shown on the homepage (5.0 based on 87 ratings) repeatedly mention the game staff by name, Marcel and David, and describe the team as friendly, well organized and good at explaining the games. One reviewer at a birthday party noted that everything was already set up when the guests arrived.
Things the site leaves open
The reviews on the homepage come from company summer parties, Christmas dinners, a barbecue and a birthday. None describes a wedding, so there is no first-hand account of how the team works around a ceremony, speeches and a dinner timetable.
The homepage is in German. There is a language selector in the footer, but the page does not say which languages the staff work in, so a couple who needs croupiers who explain the games in English should ask for that when they inquire. The site publishes no cancellation terms, no booking lead time and no deposit rules. Outdoor use is clearly possible (the form asks about it), but what happens to an outdoor setup in bad weather is not covered. Transport is one of the factors the FAQ says goes into the price, so the cost of reaching a remote venue will show up in the quote.
Who it suits
Events4Rent fits a couple who wants the evening to have a centerpiece other than the dance floor: a casino hour after dinner, a game park for a relaxed summer wedding, or both. It suits a venue with floor space to spare, given the footprint of each table, and a guest list large enough that several tables are busy at once. The personalization options will appeal to couples who like details such as chips with their names on them.
It is less useful if you only need a few decorative pieces and have no interest in games, although the decoration range can be booked on its own. Couples whose guests do not speak German should raise the language question early, and anyone on a tight budget should ask for a full quote including transport and staff before committing, since those items are priced per event.
